Your guide will give you an introduction to the tower and the history of its construction. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor and admire the breathtaking views of the city as you ascend this iconic monument. At the end of the 2nd floor tour, take the second elevator to the top. At the top, enjoy free time to admire the views of the famous monuments that can be seen at the top of the Eiffel Tower. See Notre Dame Cathedral, the Trocadero Gardens and the golden dome of the Hôtel des Invalides. On your way back down, be sure to stop at the 1st floor where you can walk on the glass floor of the observation deck and see an exhibition about the Eiffel Tower. The summit may not be accessible in case of wind or capacity. A partial refund will be issued 48 hours after the tour.

Titi saved the day! - Titi saved the day! We were stuck in traffic and ran only three minutes behind, but the tour guide left and would not allow us to rejoin the group. TT who was the tour operator representative was so lovely. She made the extra time to bring us to the base of the tower and give us a great historical perspective. She was great and we were lucky to have her. A beautiful day w amazing views!! Thank you again for making it all work out.

Yus’s Effiel Tower treat! - Our guide Yus, made this the best experience ever, her knowledge of the Effiel Tower was amazing, gave us a real insight into it’s history. She was a friendly and helpful host. Doing a small group was excellent. Thank you Yus, we would recommend you to everyone.

Eiffel Tower - The great experience - We visited Paris in August 2024 during Olympics.

Tour by Yus - Our guide Yus was extremely friendly and informative. The whole group had a lovely time and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a tour of the Eiffel Tower.

Scamming this tour operator, run away... - The Guide did not show up while we were present more than 20 minutes before the scheduled time. Contacted 20 minutes after the scheduled 11:30, the tour operator refused to send back his Guide!!!

TERRIBLE TOUR OPERATOR - Our guide, who we believe was YUS was TERRIBLE. She met us & immediately asked for 20 euros a piece for a total of 80 euros. We paid it as she told us the top of the summit was not paid for. I paid for the 2nd floor + summit. Then she proceeded to break in line with 2 of her “friend” operators. It was not unethical and not fair to others who were also waiting in line. She did not give us the souvenir which was part of the cost. She then proceeded to take us to elevator and said she needed to go. She left us at the platform. We didn’t want her at that point to be with us anyway. The entire 59 minutes she was with us, she talked about everything but NOTHING related to the Eiffel Tower. She gave us no information, no history, no relevant information. This is a SCAM and wa the WORST VIATOR EXPERIENCE. I have requested a refund. Travel Tails is the operator: DO NOT BUY. TOTAL SCAMMER. DO NOT PURCHASE IF IT SAYS TRAVEL TAILS.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT PURCHASE! GUIDE REQUESTED CASH ONLY AFTER I PAID FOR THE TOUR. I HAD NO CHOICE TO PAY EXTRA! - DO NOT PURCHASE THIS TOUR! MULTIPLE REASONS. 1) I paid for 4 of us to go up on the guided tour with extra to include going to the summit. The guide showed up and asked for 80 euros in cash stating I had not paid for the summit. I did then pay the extra 80 euros as we wanted to go to the summit. 2) The guide then stood in line with us, nothing informative, did not speak to the history or structure. 3) The guide broke in line TWO times with other guides she was familiar with or knew. She asked us to break in line which was not only unethical but embarrassing! 4) She left us once we arrived at the elevator entrance. She was only with us for 59 minutes. She only stood in line with us. We could have purchased all this ON OUR OWN! DO NOT BUY THIS TOUR. I HAVE USED VIATOR MULTIPLE TIMES. THIS WAS TERRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I AM GOING TO LEGALLY REQUEST MY MONEY BACK!
