Eiffel Tower sommat - Last week I was with my family trying see the sommat, first of all we got wrongly guided to go the meeting point by a randomer we asked which lead to us missing our tour but for good times sake we met called and met up with PANAMEafter the tour ended and helped us a very much loads and got us to the top without any problems at all
Amazing god gifted person!!!

Eiffel Tower Guided Tour - When all of the tickets by elevator were sold out on the days we were in Paris weeks before our trip I knew I needed a second option to be able to go up. I had a person traveling in our party with limited mobility and standing in line the day of was not an option. This "tour" is very basic. The guide basically told us some facts while waiting in line and then helped get us on the right elevator. After that you are pretty much on your own to explore. This was simply a means to end. They had tickets available on the day that we needed. We did book the 9:30 p.m. tour which was great and the area was substantially less crowded.

Tour operator sold a tour for which they had no tickets - We purchased this tour in advance of our trip to Paris. On the day we left for Europe, we received an email that the tour operator could no longer accommodate us and that our tour was canceled. This tells me that either they sold a tour for which they did not have or could not get tickets. The tour was the day before Bastille Day which was the reason they used. Again, the Eiffel Tower was open that day so they apparently sold tickets they didn't have.

Don't bother - The tour guide did not show up. We were 30 minutes early and waited 20 minutes after the time. We checked the area around the meeting point too. Would like a refund.

Eiffel tour nightmare - no one was there to meet us, i had to wait in a long line and buy tickets a second time, it was horrible.

Horrible service no preplanning no eticket - Horrible service went to the location no one was there. Called contact number no one answer. Have to buy tickets again. They have never emailed me the tickets. I have asked for the refunds and they have rejected it. Please avoid this scam.
