Your guide will be waiting for you on the end of the Pont d'Iena which is across the road, directly opposite the Eiffel Tower. They will have an orange badge around their neck.
The nearest public transport is RER station Champ de Mars (RER line C) and metro Bir-Hakeim (line 6)

Mr Adelle Bayo - Bayo is a great guide and sings Adelle extremely well apart from He that was a great guide and I learned a lot of the history around the tower

great guide, great views - The tower provides amazing views of Paris and is a great way to orient yourself and plan future explorations in the city. Sara was our highly knowledgeable and personable guide, who whisked us handily through the lines and to the various floors of the tower. At each point, Sara took time to point out many landmarks while telling us important and amusing reasons for their importance. Sara did a great job of keeping our small group together and moving while never making us feel in a rush. She pointed out great spots for views and photos, gave tips on what to look for (and what to visit after our tour), and gave thorough and interesting answers to questions. The tour is not cheap but we thought it was absolutely worth it! We had a wonderful visit and would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to not only get to the top of the tower but also enjoy their visit fully.

Great Experience - Finding the guide was not as easy due to scheduling through Viator and another agency person is present. Easy entry with the guide and tour of the second level was great. I would have liked the guide to give more information about the tower.

Guide no-show. Beware - Tour guide was a no show. Claims today that they were there. We waited an hour in the rain at the appointed spot for the guide?
We have forever missed our chance to be on Eiffel.

Check the time zone on your tour time - I set up this tour for 1:00 p.m. I thought that was Paris time. However, on the day of the tour, we went to our meeting point and there was no guide to be found. Fortunately, the lines were fairly short for the Eiffel Tower summit and we were able to complete our visit on our own. Later that day, I received a reminder about my tour. In the email, I noticed it was for 1:00 p.m. New York time which is 7:00 pm Paris time. Why would a company do that?
