The Eiffel Tower’s top floor closes at times due to technical issues beyond our control. In that case you will be issued a partial refund of the difference between the 2nd floor and the top floor ticket.
If you have a pacemaker, please let your tour guide know as there are security checks with metal detectors.
If one or multiple members in your group have a wheelchair, please let us know so we can plan accordingly.
If you choose the climbing option, please ensure that you are fit to climb the stairs (15 min of climbing till the second floor with a break on the first floor for the tour).
If you have a wheelchair, you can only access the 2nd floor . Please book the 2nd floor option only. Also, if you let us know in advance, you can enter through a special access. Do not book the climbing tour.
If you have crutches, you will not be able to access the top floor. Please book the 2nd floor option only. Also, if you let us know in advance, you can enter through a special access.
The meeting point is near residential buildings, do not enter them ! Simply wait at the designated spot
