An extraordinary culinary experience - I attended the workshop with a friend, we both loved it. The chef's advice was very useful, thanks to Evelyne we learned a lot about the history of meringue. This workshop was a very good experience, in a friendly setting. We had a great afternoon! I recommend this workshop 100%.
