Everything we wanted out of a day trip - Our day trip was great. The tour company had good communication leading up to the day of the trip and the meeting spot was easy to find. We left on time, and our guide Nic was wonderful. Everything was very well organized. We had 4 people in our group, so it did not feel crowded and we rode to Giverny and Versailles in a van. We had plenty of time at each location, and at Versailles we had headsets to allow us to hear the guide well. The lunch break was also lovely. The only thing that would have been nice was if they water were available in the van as it was a warm day, but that is a small thing. Overall highly recommend and really happy with the trip!

A wonderful day out - We had a lovely time at both Giverny and Versailles. We were blown away by the amazing flower gardens at Giverny. We were there in June, it was simply magical. We had a lovely lunch at a picturesque spot along the way, and spent the second half of the day at Versailles. I can understand why it’s a half day tour, coming from Newport RI I think I expected it to be more furnished as the Newport mansions are, but the paintings and art were breathtaking. The gardens were lovely, the time we had there was perfect, our guide was funny and knowledgeable.

Best Tour in Paris!!! - This was quite possibly the best European tour I’ve ever been on! My tour guide was so knowledgeable and considerate. You can tell he’s been giving this tour for a while because he had so many great tips for us. He’s the best!

An enjoyable way to spend a day - My wife and I enjoyed this tour. Comfortable transportation and a small group of 8 people. The attractions were enjoyable and our guide and driver were friendly and very knowledgeable. The lunch at a small restaurant in the country was very nice and gave us a chance to meet our fellow travelers. The one thing I didn’t think made sense was our guide gave us a preliminary tour of the sites, we were given personal time to walk around. At first this seemed like a good idea, but having a guide full time to offer more information would have been better in my opinion. Still, overall, a good experience.

Best time! - Pretty much everything was perfect. Our group was small, which we liked and everyone very friendly. The tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and kept us all engaged. The lunch that was included was incredible. It was not a basic snack lunch it rather felt like a nice meal in a nice location. The tour also allowed us to skip all lines and get our own private tour of Versailles and Monet Gardens. 10/10 and would strongly recommend this tour.

Not to be missed trip an hour from Paris - Monet’s house in Giverny and gardens are truly magnificent. The natural beauty of the April tulips , irises and other blowers blooming along with flowing streams and pond are not to be missed. The renovation years ago of the artifacts in the house and the paintings throughout really make for a special visit. Walking to the church and the Monet family grave display a peaceful life and death of an extraordinary artist.

Wonderful small group experience of Giverny & Versailles - Wonderful small group visit to Giverny and Versailles, with nice rest stop between the 2 places for lunch at an old mill. The small group experience (there were 12 of us) was well worth the extra cost. Both our driver and tour guide were wonderful and took good care of us. Our tour guide (I believe her name was Michelle) was a wealth of information, and her enthusiasm was contagious. My favorite place was Giverny - a must-visit. Versailles was over-crowded (NOT the fault of the tour), and I wish we had more time to enjoy the gardens there. However, all said and done, I'm glad we were able to visit both sites in one day.

Okay tour but not if you want to really explore Versailles - It was nice to have a tour where we were able to see both Giverny's House and Versailles in the same day. However there really wasn't enough time allotted in Versailles given the enormity of the place, gardens, and fountains, which are beautiful but we barely had opportunity to explore. Instead of spending 1.5 hours on a tour provided lunch the time would better have been spent in Versailles.
