Giverny & Versailles Day Trip from Paris is Great! - Such a good tour! It is a long day, but if you have only one day, it works. Serge, our guide, is extremely knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful. He loves Giverny and you will learn so much from him! The gardens there look just like a Monet painting and you can feel the inspiration Monet drew upon. Versailles is amazing...and huge. Go fast through the apartments so you have time in the gardens, and don't forget the Secret Garden. Serge told us to see it, and we loved it. The gardens open up for free after 5:30pm but they turn off the fountains at 5pm (and the tour ends at 5:45), so get out there as early as you can - we didn't unfortunately. Versailles includes the audio tour, but with the crowds and need for speed, it's hard to hear it all. But we did enjoy the parts we did listen to. Bring corded headphones to plug into the device so you don't have to hold it up to your ear like a telephone. Have fun and do this tour, you will be glad you did!!

Beautiful day trip out of Paris. - We had a lovely time on this small tour with one other couple. Serge was so knowledgeable and friendly and gave wonderful tips along the way! After visiting Monet's Garden you will be taken to a lovely restaurant with the best quiche Lorraine and apple pie. Do not miss out on those!
