- Avenue Elisée Reclus - Begin your tour near the base of the Eiffel Tower, where your expert guide will give you an introduction to the structure. From here, walk with your guide to the ticket entrance of the Eiffel Tower where you’ll have your first opportunity for a close-up look at the monument while we arrange your tickets. Please note that during busy periods, there may be a wait to clear the line for the stairs and security. This comprehensive tour is typically scheduled to last for 2,5 hours, though wait times at security checks can sometimes increase the tour duration. Rest assured that these lines will move much quicker than the line for the elevator! If there is a wait, your guide will use this time to explain the fascinating history of the Tower’s creation.
- Eiffel Tower - The City of Light will emerge before your eyes as you climb the steps to the 2nd level observation deck, while enjoying your guide’s insightful commentary.
Here, you’ll be able to take in more of the city’s most iconic landmarks including the Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Elysses, and Notre Dame. Once you are finished admiring the spectacular views, you can choose to take the stairs or the elevator back to the ground floor to continue your Parisian adventure!
Upon booking you can upgrade your Eiffel Tower experience by adding a visit to the highest level: the summit! Your guide will accompany you straight to the Summit, give you some free time to enjoy the panoramic views before returning to the 2nd floor to carry on with your panoramic tour

- Upgrade Option - Clients that chose the ‘Upgrade Option with Summit Tickets’: your guide will accompany you straight to the Summit, give you some free time to enjoy the panoramic views before returning to the 2nd floor to carry on with your guided tour
- For operating reasons or capacity control in addition to weather, the summit may not be accessible. When this occurs, the group will be unable to access the summit, even if it reopens during your tour. In this event, you will be refunded the price of the summit access within 5-10 days. The refund will be processed automatically, so there is no need to contact Viator.
- We will do everything within our control to ensure timings and itineraries are respected. However, due to the popularity of the Eiffel Tower, we sometimes experience delays from security, or ticket desk lines while purchasing your entrance tickets. In peak months (April to October), school holidays and on weekends, please expect a minimum wait time of 30mn at the first security check and 45mn at the ticket desk line. In low season (November to March outside school holidays and weekends), please expect a minimum wait time of 15mn at the first security check and 30mn at the ticket desk line.

Amazing History and Presentation of the Eiffel Tower !!! - Angelina was very knowledgeable and her presentation excellent!!!
She gave us an in depth presentation that we have never heard before on our other trips to the Eiffel Tower. It is nice to always learn something new!

Second floor has the best views - Sania was incredible! Very knowledgeable and when a local Parisienne attempted to cut in front of our group in line she took care of it. Definitely a wonderful tour

Bucket list tower family trip - We loved our guide. She was very informative. Being able to walk the steps was a great experience. We loved being able to go all the way to the top! Definitely worth the extra upgrade. We purchased macarons on the second level as suggested by our guide, definitely was worth it! The chocolate raspberry was amazing. A very special and memorable day with our family, bucket list ticket off! Was easy to find our tour company and going up early in the morning there was not much wait time.

This Eiffel Tower tour is not for most senior citizens. - There are a number of Eiffel Tower tours, I mistakenly selected a tour that required I walk nearly 700 steps to the second level before going on to the top. I am a senior citizen and barely made it to the first level without passing out. I never made it to the top, which I paid extra for.
