Absolutely must do this tour! - Wow! What a great experience! Location is amazing and Theo is so knowledgeable and charmingly sweet. He taught us about history and the process of making wine and we had such an enjoyable time. The location in the tunnels underground are incredible. I could have stayed there all afternoon. I would definitely go back. Great for anyone with even the tiniest shred of interest in wine. You can't help but fall in love with wine in this gorgeous location. We loved all three that we got to try. Definitely add this to your plans. Can't be missed!

Nice tour, good wine and great guide - Really nice and informative tour, with three good glasses of wine. The tour was structured around the process of wine making, with each room corresponding to a part of the wine making process. The cellars are beautiful and the pase very fitting. The guide was super engaging and knowledgeable, with a good ability to communicate the information in an understandable manner. There's no ability to return for photos of the cellars after the tour, and little time between the rooms, so those needs to be taking during.

Might become a wine guy - I was never an expert on wine. I rarely drank it as it is. But this was interesting and made me appreciate wine and how it's made a lot more. Our sommelier was very knowledgeable and friendly. The wine was great. How can you go wrong?

Great time cooking in Paris - This is one of the top experiences I had while in Paris. We actually got to actively participate in cooking not just watching. Next time I am in Paris I would book this experience again. Since they use fresh bought ingredients the recipes would change so next time would be different. So many of the classes were pastry or baking I wanted cooking and this delivered!! Great time 10/10

Fun visit to cellars and wine tasting - Fun thing to do. It is less focused on the wine tasting and more telling you about French wine, how it is made and the differences between the wine making areas. The cellars are well put together to make a fun guided tour through different rooms, with an interactive area. The group size is small, so it felt personal and there was enough space. Our guide Justan was very friendly and informative, and fluent in French and English. We had three glasses of wine served as we moved through different rooms in the cellars, all of which were nice, and we discussed them briefly as we tasted them. Overall, a fun activity that we enjoyed, but not a full wine tasting experience if that’s what you are after.

Below expectations, tourist treatment nothing exceptional - We purchased 3 tours with “premium” tastings and guided tour of the Louvre Winery at 4:30 pm on a Friday in October for 50 euros each. Based on the description of the experience, the “premium” formula includes wines of a higher level, while the standard tasting costs 36 euros and guarantees the basic level. A first disappointing aspect for us was that our tour was mixed, both of the premium level and the standard level, and the sommelier’s explanations in the time available had to describe 6 different wines, being 3 tastings, the “premium” and the cheaper ones, creating confusion between one and the other. Secondly, the glass was not washed or changed, which remained the same for 3 wines of different tastes. When we finally pointed this out, they replied that it is not so important if the alcohol content is increasing and that they have little space to wash the glasses... Finally, the difference between premium and standard wines in at least 2 out of 3 cases was that the former were older (from 2021-2022) while the standard wines were from 2023. We did not like the wines, a white from the Loire is 2 reds, really nothing special, also in relation to the price paid, it was a disappointment that nothing was provided to eat (because we would have appreciated it), not even a small snack, a salty, or even just a piece of bread simply to “clean” the mouth between one wine and another.

Royal Wine Cellar Tour - Tour guide was very passionate and knowledgable! Very nice and entertaining. The wine cellar itself is rather moderanized with electronics, TVs, color lighting and did not portray a feeling of authenticity. The 3 wines were just a light half-glass tasting. I would have expected 3 full glasses of wine for an hour tour. Not worth the money
