Afterwards, move forward in time to learn all about the bustling Jewish community that put the Marais on the map through the 18th and 19th centuries. Tour of Marais - Eden Melé was Fabulous!!!
We were gonna go to The. She did a fantastic job and giving us the history of the area, sharing some unique spots, including restaurants, boutiques, libraries, churches, etc.
I highly recommend her for private touring as well. For knowledge, the history of the area was amazing.

Authentic, friendly and knowledgable! - Tamar is really friendly, knowledgable and makes the tour very interesting. Whilst she does have a schedule, she is happy to do a couple of diversions which proves she listens well to the group and is able to make recommendations or adapt according to comments.

Most Memorable and Rewarding Tour - Perhaps one of the most memorable and rewarding tours of our trip. François is interesting, passionate, engaging and funny. We felt like we were given an intimate and extensive overview of the ancient Jewish quarter of Paris, its architecture, history, culture, food, as well as a recognition of the legacy of the Holocaust and the many who continue to bear witness for future generations. We can’t say enough in praise of this excellent experience.

Paloma was excellent - I first wrote this review on the 'Hidden Paris: Discover Medieval Marais on a Walking Tour' but this was actually the tour we did.
If you are lucky enough to have Paloma as your guide then you are pretty much guaranteed a great time. There were only three of us on our tour (plus Paloma) and so that made the tour even better. Paloma showed us many interesting sites and did not hurry us at all, allowing time for photographs where needed. Paloma''s local knowledge was clear to see and the tour was well worth the money we paid. Paloma was knowledgeable and amusing (when appropriate) at the same time. We have promised to ask to have her as our guide when we next visit Paris.

An Important Cultural Walk - Tamara was an excellent guide, with her vivacious personality and expansive knowledge of history she was very engaging. Tamara mixed serious history with some humor to lighten the mood when appropriate. This tour is a must for cultural and historical education.

Fabulous tour of Le Marais - Seeing the “hidden gems”, the gardens and the history shared by our wonderful Babylon guide Tamar. She had lived in the area and knew it well. She covered everything from Jewish history to the best shopping and food.
