- Chateau de Chambord - Chambord Chateau is the biggest chateau in the Loire Valley! It has hundreds of delicate spires and a double helix staircase that is sure to impress you with its genius design and magnitude. You’ll learn about Chambord with your guide and then have at least an hour of free time to visit it on your own and take amazing souvenir photos..
- Chateau de Chenonceau - Chenonceau is very unique! Known as the Ladies Chateau as it was owned and built up by, mostly, powerful women, and they left their feminine touch throughout it. You’ll learn about its fascinating history, including why it was built over a river, from your guide then have free time to explore inside and admire the gorgeous decor.
- Chateau Royal d’Amboise - Amboise Château is one of the oldest Royal castles in France. From its hilltop perch, it has gorgeous views over the untamed Loire River and the charming medieval town of Amboise. You’ll learn all about its torrid history from the guide and then have free time to explore the castle ramparts and take amazing pictures.
- Chapel of Saint-Hubert - Visit the tomb of the great Leonardo Da Vinci and see where he spent the last 3 years of his life in the service of the French King. No visit to the Loire would be complete without learning about Da Vinci. His architectural genius was very important to the Renaissance Chateau in the Loire. (not always accessible)
- Amboise - The Medieval town of Amboise will charm you with its plaster and timber-framed houses and tiny winding streets. You’ll enjoy free time for lunch in the beautiful town of Amboise. There are dozens of little restaurants and bakeries for you to choose from. Your lunch is not included in our tour price.
- Place Michel Debre - While wine is not the focus of this tour before you leave Amboise your guide will take you to a cute little wine shop where you will be given a short wine sample tasting of three different wines. The Loire Valley is known for its production of white wines so you will taste some of them to make your visit to the Loire even more authentic.
- Chateau De Chaumont Sur Loire - On your way to the Chambord Chateau, we’ll pass by this lovely 1,000-year-old castle and its beautiful flower garden that is along the Loire River. If you ask about it the guide will be happy to share its history with you and, if time permits, stop for a few photos of it as well.

Fantastic day trip with an amazing guide! Highly recommend - Beautiful Chateaus and an amazing guide! Our guide Brunehild’s commentary was entertaining and informative. She made the day easy and fun. This is an excellent way to see the three main chateaus in the Loire Valley in one day. Great value for money!

Perfect day in the Loire Valley - I had a fantastic day on the Loire Valley trip. Our guide, Nicholas, was great. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided many interesting facts to enhance our tour. The group size was perfect, the van very comfortable and the itinerary was ideal. I appreciated being able to explore each chateau on my own. Highly recommend this experience!

Thorough tour of Loire Valley - We had a great time on the wine and castles tour. It’s a long day from 7am-8pm but they give you plenty of time at each castle: Chenonceau, Amboise, and Chambord. Each has an interesting historical significance. Our guide, Santiago was very knowledgeable. The wine tasting was probably the least interesting part. It was a self serve tasting and the person running the tasting was not super enthusiastic, but that was not an issue with Blue Fox. We loved the lunch stop in Amboise. This is such a pretty part of France that you cannot miss.

Must Do Excursion - One of the highlights of our trip to France! We had a very knowledgeable and personable guide who showed us around the grounds of each chateau while also sharing interesting history. Very much worth the all-day time commitment.

Excellent Experience - Philippe provided an excellent day! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was so nice to be driven where we needed to be and not worry about transportation. Philippe gave excellent background information about each chateau and gave us free time to explore. I loved each place we visited and felt this was a very worthwhile tour. I highly recommend Philippe and this tour.

Wonderful Tour! Wonderful Guide! 5 Stars ⭐️ - Philip was a great driver and a wonderful tour guide!!! The castles 🏰 were beautiful! I took so many pictures it took my phone half of the night to backup my phone. We liked it so much that we’re taking the Monet's Gardens tour tomorrow.

Best trip to Loire Valley Chateaux - Needless to say the châteaux were spectacular. From start to finish our guide Santiago made our trip an outstanding experience. Beyond being considerate of our needs, his knowledge of history was very interesting and informative. He gave us lots of details about the places and people involved which made for a richer experience.

Fun trip - Valeria was an excellent driver and host. She has so much passion for what she does and it was our great pleasure to be with her on this tour. The company could consider using a bit more comfortable mini busses. The current ones they use do not comfortably sit 8 larger adults.
