Louvre and boat trip - Fantastic time at the louvre, so much to see! Well organised to queue up yo wait to get in! River cruise was amazing seeing all the major sights of Paris and well organised too!

Wonderful museum - We loved this experience, everything was so easy and there is so much to look at. Wonderful museum and we learned a lot! Lots of cafes to choose from, lacking in ladies toilets though which was a bit disappointing as queues in every one.

Great communication and experience - Had a bit of confusion receiving tix but was resolved quickly by organizer. No fault to them .. jus email issue. Great (long) day at the Louvre otherwise. Would recommend to avoid long lineups to purchase tickets on-site.

Louvre Museum - It was a cold and rainy day, January 2, 2025 and because we bought these tickets ahead of time although the lines were long the queue was in the lower level of the carousel mall area so we were dry and warm as opposed to my previous couple of days, waiting out in the cold for the Eiffel Tower, and Musee d’Orsay. As you could imagine a lot of beautiful art paintings and objects there so whereas the line was super long, it moved up little by little all the time so it was not unbearable and once again inside, which I would imagine would help not only an inclement weather, but in the heat of the summer.

Little assistance - The cruise on the beautiful Seine, for the entrance to the Louvre there was no assistance, I could not find the meeting point I phoned but no one answered, they phoned me after 10 minutes. The entrance was scheduled for 10am but in reality it was enough to queue at any time. I didn't see any difference compared to buying directly on site

Louvre great, boat abandoned - Not very clear as to the point of departure on the boat, by the time we got to the wrong point I had to abandon this part of the trip, with a bad back and walking with a stick it was too much to walk back, I am sure it would have been enjoyable.

Finding the tour operator... - Finding the tour operator was very difficult map wasn't right. You meet by the back entrance not the pyramid entrance. Once we found them it was great.

Sold me Seine river cruise, when there were no cruise boats allowed on the river. - My family and I were looking forward to a cruise on the Seine and a visit to the Louvre. Due to upcoming Olympics, no cruise boats were allowed. I requested a refund for the cruise part of the tour, we enjoyed the Louvre, however. I still haven't received any communications from Viator about the refund that was submitted the day after the tour was originally to be taken. It goes without saying I haven't received a refund either...

Be careful Viator is scamming customers - Because Viator did not come and pick us up.
They kept my money. The company is doing very poor business and is now scamming long time customers. I will never use this company again.

Very disappointed - Although the issuer said they emailed the tickets the only emails I received were (1) that stated I bought the tickets and (2) that stated I would be getting two separate emails for my tickets. I never received them. When I went to the louvre they wouldn’t accept the emailed vouchers that I had. I requested either new tickets or a refund and I was denied and refund and never received new tickets.
