Blerta for the win! - Berta was amazing, we loved her personality, her storytelling and the entire experience! Highly recommend splurging on a tour if you’re planning to visit the Louvre.

Louvre entry as promised - We had an entry time of 11:00 AM, showed up @ the entry Pyramid @ 10:45 AM, got in the line for 11:00 AM & were admitted into the Louvre as expected. Worked well.

Anne-Claire Bailly was a wonderful guide through the Louvre - Anne-Claire Bailly was our guide and she was absolutely fantastic! She made sure that we saw some of the main highlights and navigated us to see any pieces that we wanted to see. The museum is huge and the number of people there was a bit overwhelming so having there as a guide was wonderful! We could also stay after our tour finished to continue to view other sections.

Busy time at the Louvre - A very rainy day so all the tourists headed to the Louvre Museum and of course the lineups full of umbrellas were long. Dealing with Viatour and Private Guide helped us make great decisions! A very good business and support staff!

Incredible experience - Communication was great. We got in the cue for our 11:00 at 10:30 as suggested in our email and were promptly moved through the line. The entire experience was smooth and easy. The Louvre was packed and the lines were insane. I can’t imagine going to visit the Louvre any other way.

Very long, slow, rainy line. - It was very rainy on the day we visited, which seemed to greatly increase the number of visitors. The staff was clearly overwhelmed and did not manage the surge well. We arrived in line at 3:10 for a 4pm entry. We were not able to actually enter until 4:45 - all of this time spent standing in a steady rain. The line was at a complete stand still for the last 45 minutes. All entry times were directed to stand in the same line, which was an extremely inefficient way to manage the very, very long line. Obviously The Louvre is fabulous - hence 4 out of 5 stars.

Purchase cautiously knowing all the details or you’ll waste your money! - We were excited at the option of saving some time in lines when we booked our tickets. Unfortunately, where to go to access entry was vague/nonexistent. Fortunately, we were with some French speakers who were able to talk to multiple people to guide us in the correct direction to use our pre-purchased tickets. Without the French speakers help, our pre-purchase would have likely been a waste of money and we would have been in line with all those who did not pre-purchase tickets.

Terrible accomodations - Tickets were for 4 pm. Got there 3:45 pm. Stood in the rain until 4:40 pm before entering. Was only able to access tickets with great difficulity (one bar cell coverage). The tour operator never emailed a pdf of the tickets. Upon calling the tour operator the call went to voicemail. Nearly all signage was in French only. It was unclear what each galley contained. It was never explained that the QR code could only be used for three gallery entrances. All restrooms within the galleries were closed. The main restrooms in the -1 floor concourse were filthy - overflowing with trash. Oh, there were interesting exhibits, too. This was not a good visit.

Louvre was fabulous…this website/tour was a scam. - This was a complete waste of money. There was no “skip the line” for the Louvre or optional private guide. The Louvre staff said this is scam. You should just pay the $22.00 for the regular ticket to get in and wait in line at the given time like everyone else!

Long queues despite ‘timed entry’ - Visitor sell a 12.30 timed entry but on arrival the queue for that entry was massive and I would have waited at least another hour to get in.
