Great tour, Adam was fantastic! - Fantastic tour, but to short a tour. I should have chosen some much longer and had Adam.
I highly recommend Adam as a guide, being a fountain of knowledge and being very likable and humorous.

Belen is the best! - Belen is the best! She knew all the tricks to navigating our group during the busy crowds. She has so much knowledge and was engaging and entertaining. I felt like I participated in a mini art course. Can say enough positive things about her. Request Belen if you want an awesome experience! Best guide we could have asked for! Thank you!

Team Adam for the win in Louvre - If you’re lucky enough to get Adam as your tour guide - you’re in for a treat! Great knowledge combined with fun. He knows exactly how to get his groups the very best views by employing Team Adam tactics. Would 10/10 recommend and wished I could have spent longer with Adam but alas it was a highlights tour.

An engaging and insightful fun tour! - The tour guide was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and engaging, with some light humour. This tour of the highlights was one really good way to do the Louvre if you don't have a lot time and don't want to walk more than 2 hours. I also found it was so much good information that by the end, I was content.
My only recommendation is that booking through TripAdvisor, the information wasn't very clear about the exact point for the meeting place. And the lady who had the sign wasn't holding the sign up and so it was really hard for me to find her in. Crowded space. Highly recommend TripAdvisor give more details as to the exact meeting place and what / who to look for (remembering there can be hundreds of people surrounding the Louvre and meeting place)

Informative tour lasting... - Informative tour lasting about two hours. Our guide was great and we got to see a few highlights and her knowledge made the large museum less overwhelming

Excellent Experience - Our guide was hands down the best guide I've ever had for one of these tours. The whole experience was great from beginning to end. While it was difficult to find the meeting spot, we called and the office gave us specific directions. Overall, one of the best guided tours I've taken in any country.

Terrible Service – No Patience, No Consideration - I feel completely scammed and let down by this experience. I rushed to the meeting point, arriving just 3 minutes late, only to realize I had gone to the wrong arc. The waiting area had multiple agents, and the one whom I approached, (another company), told me the Viator group had already left a while ago. I’ve read review for this experience where the agent wait for his customer though he did not turn up, but that clearly didn’t happen in my case. What’s worse, I had informed them via the Viator chat that I was just a few minutes away, yet he still didn’t wait.
I’m not expecting special treatment, but is 3 minutes really too much to ask for? To make matters even more frustrating, I joined another tour group in the area, and that agent waited 10 minutes for his clients. The stark contrast in customer care between these companies couldn’t be more obvious. This lack of patience and basic consideration left me feeling disappointed and deeply dissatisfied.
Refund was denied and Viator cannot help.
