Great Tours of the Louvre and d'Orsay - Violette led us on a fantastic tour through the Louvre, highlighting her pick of the most exciting works of art within the museum. She was extremely knowledgeable and had a great sense of joie de vivre in her presentation. As an added bonus, she provided us with personal radios and earplugs, which greatly enhanced the excursion. Two days later, she gave us a similar tour of the d'Orsay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

Nancy was an awesome... - Nancy was an awesome guide overflowing with knowledge and a clear grasp on navigating the museum. ‘Skipping’ the Mona Lisa allowed much more time to see the rest of the museum since there is so much ground to cover. Great tour, great guide.

Fat Cat Tours was awesome - Our group of 6 spent 3 days in Paris at the end of a 2 week tour. The first day our guide Violette let us on a walk through the medieval center of Paris including Notre Dame. Luckily we got to see the blessing of the bells as they arrived since being removed after the fire. From there we were treated to a tour of the Louvre. Thanks to her handy audio ear plugs I could hear every word over the clamor of voices. Even our most studied members were amazed at Violetts knowledge base! We were also lucky to have her take us through the d’Orsay on our last day!! Two days later we had the pleasure of visiting the neighborhood of Montmartre with Hugo. He shared so many stories of the area and the artists who lived and painted there including the temporary home of Van Gogh. We all loved the tour and found Hugo to be knowledgeable and fun. Fat Cat Tours was a great choice and I would definitely recommend them!

Adam is fantastic and knowledgeable. - Adam is absolutely amazing, his knowledge and insight Into the history of Paris is fantastic. We did the walks in France tour with Adam who not only taught us culture, history and the story behind what we were viewing. Adam also made the day entertaining. This was the best tour we’ve ever done and highly recommend it to everyone who visits Paris. Adam will skip the long lines, spot and save the best views of everything but teach you how to use the metro trains which is the best way to get around Paris. Thank you Adam for our tour. We had a blast.

Best tour guide & experience ! - Nancy was our tour guide and she was absolutely spectacular. I love history and it was my first time going to the louvre and she made the tour such an incredible & memorable experience. She was SO knowledgeable and I learned so much. There is no way we could of navigated the museum without her and had the same experience or appreciation of the masterpieces in front of us without her guiding us.,i highly recommend booking a tour with her. It was the highlight of my trip! When I come back I will definitely book a tour with her again.

Amazing trip to the Louvre and more! - My family and I had so much fun with Adam. Sometimes looking at everything historic can get confusing, but he made it amazing. 100/10 He is the most welcoming tour guide i’ve ever met. I wouldn’t even just call him a tour guide he becomes a highly educated friend once you’re all done.

What was better, the Louvre or Violette? - Tour guides are normally well educated and able to communicate well and explain what you are seeing so you go away feeling fulfilled. We had a wonderful tour of the Louvre with Violette. It is now two days later and we are still talking about Violette. She gave us a great tour, one we will forever remember. But it is the Louvre, a great place on its own. Violette is special. We have travelled all over the world and have had some really excellent tour guides, for both long and like this, short tours. Violette smiles, laughs, communicates with you as though you have known her for a long time. Instant friendship and enjoyment being together in the group. She made learning fun, answered all questions. But with passion, the entire tour was filled with it. Everyone works to pay bills, some love what they do, most don’t, it’s just a job. You can feel her passion whenever she speaks. Her body language alone tells you she is excited by what she is doing. Her words make you sure of it. She takes being a tour guide to a different level. If we were in a position where she could be our guide again, it would be a no brainer. Look for her when you are in Paris before you look for anyone else. I am telling you truthfully, you will not be disappointed.

Top guide! - A passionate and exciting guide, dynamic and attentive. Having already visited the Louvre twice, the approach was totally different with Violette, I saw and learned many things and anecdotes. I recommend with my eyes closed!
