• 22 Rue Mayet - Would you like to learn how to create a luxury luggage tag in a Haute Couture studio in Paris? Come and immerse yourself in luxury craftsmanship, near the Eiffel Tower and just a few minutes from Montparnasse. In this workshop, I’ll teach you about the different types of leather, the know-how of French couture, and the different stages of work in the leather goods craft. You’ll also be able to create a made-to-measure luggage tag, using high-quality Italian or French leather of your choice. The piece is yours to keep and use on all your future trips! We’ll start the workshop with a brief introduction to the workshop artisans, a description of the types of leather, tools and safety instructions over a snack, coffee/tea. You’ll then choose the leather you’d like to work with, and we’ll start creating your tag. At the end of the workshop, you can emboss your luggage tag with your initials, or paint them, making it truly unique. I’ll provide clear instructions and help whenever needed.
