In the late afternoon, re-board the bus for the return journey to Paris, which will see passengers back in the City of Lights well in advance of bedtime.

Comfortable, private and air-conditioned transportation from Paris is provided.

Beautiful - Beautiful. I wish the tour guide spoke clearer English. I did not like the driver speaking so loud on a personal phone call. The guide had to tell him to be quiet while she was speaking. I thought that was rude and unnecessary for the driver to do this

A must see destination - Mont St Michel is definitely a must see destination. I would have preferred to drive on my own but, as it wasn't possible, tour was the second best option. City Wonders is a respectable company to choose when travelling.
It was a long drive to get there from Paris but you get the time to catch up on sleep.
Unforunately, guides on my tour weren't the highlight. Ash was trying too hard be funny getting opposite resoult. Better just to stay professional.
I loved my time at the Mont St Michel and I only wish we had more time to spend there (maybe see it as it lights up in the dark - especially easy in winter).

Mont Saint Michel with style points thrown in - The meeting location is quite random but easily accessible. Kritika marshaled all the day trippers and had us boarded on the coach and ready to go right on time.
Along the way guide James provided colourful commentary of both personal stories as well as the history of France (the important bits anyway) in his laid back easy listening style. James voice is made for radio or podcasts.
Mont Saint Michel did not disappoint. It is one of the “go to” destinations to see what was achievable all those years ago. You can only ponder at how they managed to get all that stone firstly across the tidal flat and then up to the top of the rock.
Kritika provided some interesting stories about Paris on the return journey and James also did his bit so the time melted away.
I would definitely recommend this trip and City Wonders. It is well worth the cost.

I have always wanted to visit Mt St Michel- and it did not disappoint. - James and Kritika were delightful tour guides.
Both were informative and entertaining.
They were professional yet made you feel like you had known them for many years.
I would happily go on any tour that they were both working on.
And they both had a wonderful sense of humor.

We got it right booking the trip to Mont Saint-Michel!!! - What an absolutely treasure of a day we had on the tour with James and Kritika!!! They filled the rides to and from with memorable stories about French history in general and the local aspects of Normandy and Mont Saint-Michel in particular. We were blessed with light crowds and decent weather on site, so early December was not a horrible choice. James and Kritika were filled with gems of wisdom regarding how best to appreciate everything from the architecture and construction of Mont Saint-Michel to where in Paris one could dine on various budgets. We’re already talking about out our next trip back to Paris and will be looking up City Wonders to help us enjoy it.

Great tour, great tour guides and great experience - Short and sweet trip. Worth getting up 5 o clock in the morning. The scenery is amazing. The abbey looks like a place taking out from a fantasy novel and presented in full scale in front of the visitors. The experience is really one of its kind. Good, lively tour guides, James and Kritel, they are very clear on the instructions and being helpful. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit this beautiful place.

The Perfect Day Trip - Our guides Kritria and James are awesome! Their humorous and detailed introductions about some of the places in Mont Michael and Laris made the trip super fun and I learned a lot more about these places. Had a great time walking around Mont Michael and the weather was great, not many crowds on a Monday. Everything was just perfect!

Long day but that was... - Long day but that was expected. MSM is amazing and plenty of time to see Abbey and have lunch and shop. Be aware bus seats are very small if you are a large person…my husband is 6’4” and he was cramped! Tour guides are fabulous and lots of info on the way and coming back. Rest stop to and from where you can pick up food as well.
