Great Day at Mt. St. Michel - When in Paris and wanting to take a tour Blue Fox is the way to go. This is my third tour with this excellent company. Love the small groups, up to 8 per van. They have the best tour guides and this day tour to Mount Saint Michel was excellent. HP was our tour guide and he was wonderful. Learned a great deal about the history of France and the story behind Mount Saint Michel. HP brought us to the top of the island right up to the Abbey in time for mass. It is a long day and I advise taking this tour and let Blue Fox do the driving. The vans are clean and comfortable. There are stops along the way and HP could not be more considerate when it comes to the comfort of his group. He made us all feel like family. Whatever questions were asked, HP answered. I learned so much! We passed by the Normandy beaches on our way to Mt. St. Michel and HP shared with us stories about WWII. I have visited the Champagne region, Monet's Gardens and now Mt. St. Michel with Blue Fox. Looking forward to my next trip to Paris and my next adventure with Blue Fox. I highly recommend them. Book directly with Blue Fox, they have a great website.

Long day but absolutely worth - Excellent tour guide Sara. Mont Michel is touristy but 100% worth to see. Avoid Sunday - too much traffic to drive back to Paris

So glad we got to see Mont St. Michel - Long trip but well worth it. We went on a cold January day so it was much less crowded. Perfect for us as there were no long lines or waiting times. Our guide/driver was Matt. He was absolutely the best. Very knowledgeable, personable and his English was excellent.

Mont Saint-Michel Small-Group Trip a must do! - This Mont Saint-Michel Small-Group Trip ended up being a private trip for me and my wife. A family of 5 was a no show. That was our luck. Matt the guide was great and our 12 hour day was wonderful. We covered lots of stuff while in transit both ways, approx 3.5 hours each way. On site at Saint-Michel Matt was informative and tolerant of our slower pace. My wife had fallen in Montmartre and had a head injury so she was slower than normal and had some balance issues. Matt made sure all was good as we scaled the city and then the steps. What a beautiful place and such great history. We worth the ride especially if Matt is your guide.

Amazing tour - This was such a wonderful tour. Our driver/ guide Phillip was warm, friendly, and informative. I would highly recommend this tour. Be prepared to walk up 280 steps to reach the Abbey. Words can't describe the beauty of Mont St. Michel!

Experience the incredible history, architecture, and ocean setting of Mont Saint-Michel, with a top guide. - Our visit to Mont Saint-Michel in December with our guide Oliver at Blue Fox Travel was outstanding for several reasons. first, Mont Saint Michel is a UNESCO world heritage site, and well worth visiting for both the cultural history, the immaculate state of rare historic architecture of the abbey set on top of a village on top of a rock, and incredible island setting on the Normandy coast, is just stunning. The fact that we went in December meant that we could enjoy walking through the medieval lanes up-to and wander through the many spectacular rooms of the abbey without crowds or rushing, and had many sites all to ourselves. The best part was we had one of the best tour guides we have ever had for this visit…Oliver has comprehensive historical knowledge that he shares in an engaging way, that helped us to better understand and experience this time-travel experience back to the Middle Ages. It is a long ride out and back from Paris to visit the abbey, but the van was comfortable, the roads were fast, and the conversation with Oliver made it go quickly and enjoyably, with his wonderful storytelling. Highly recommended!

An enjoyable day - This tour was one I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked it, but I'm glad I did. It was a long day, but it was very relaxing and enjoyable. Really, though, I have to say that the guide was ultimately what made this tour so great. The location was okay. My husband and I enjoyed Mont-Saint-Michel. The history was fascinating and the architecture of the abbey was beautiful. But the area is also very touristy and very crowded, which was made worse with the narrow streets and small spaces for restaurants that were a bit overpriced and some of which were impossible to get into because they were so full. So I likely would have rated the tour lower if not for the interesting information that was provided by the guide and the enthusiasm he showed when walking with us to show us around that made it feel even more exciting. We also thoroughly enjoyed the cider tasting, which was a nice little extra stop on our way back. All in all, I do recommend the tour because the guide was great and Mont-Saint-Michel is definitely worth seeing, if you don't mind the crowds.
