Experience the incredible history, architecture, and ocean setting of Mont Saint-Michel, with a top guide. - Our visit to Mont Saint-Michel in December with our guide Oliver at Blue Fox Travel was outstanding for several reasons. first, Mont Saint Michel is a UNESCO world heritage site, and well worth visiting for both the cultural history, the immaculate state of rare historic architecture of the abbey set on top of a village on top of a rock, and incredible island setting on the Normandy coast, is just stunning. The fact that we went in December meant that we could enjoy walking through the medieval lanes up-to and wander through the many spectacular rooms of the abbey without crowds or rushing, and had many sites all to ourselves. The best part was we had one of the best tour guides we have ever had for this visit…Oliver has comprehensive historical knowledge that he shares in an engaging way, that helped us to better understand and experience this time-travel experience back to the Middle Ages. It is a long ride out and back from Paris to visit the abbey, but the van was comfortable, the roads were fast, and the conversation with Oliver made it go quickly and enjoyably, with his wonderful storytelling. Highly recommended!

Excellent trip - The place we met was in front of a cafe in paris so you could grab coffee and breakfast before the tour. HP was our guide and he was so awesome. I brought my 9 year old and he had stories for him. It was a lovely drive. HP showed us the lesser known parts of Mont Saint Michel. The trip was definitely worth it. We had plenty of time to see everything. The max size of the group is 8 so it's much nicer than going in a big tour bus where you feel like you are being herded. The tour had a more intimate touch and very well planned. I am so glad I booked this tour with blue fox.

Wonderful , Amazing trip to Mont Saint Michel w/our guide Nick aka Rocky - Our guide, Nick aka Rocky was awesome!! He was very funny and nice! He made our experience a lot of fun!! I would request Nick, if you can, on any other tours! We traveled with a nice group of people that we met for the first time. We LOVED to see Mont Saint-Michel and learn of the history there. It was well worth the trip and nice to have a guide!!

This is a citadel worth visiting. - It's an impressive site, worth the early morning and long ride from Paris. Santiago, the guide, was charming and knowledgeable. The countryside is beautiful, and you must be ready for quick changes in the climate.

Wonderful small group tour to St. Michel - The experience starts with the tour guide. Our small group tour guide/driver, HP, was excellent! We have taken many tours, and we are seasoned travelers, and by all accounts he was the best. He deserves a lot of credit for making our experience in St. Michel truly memorable.
