Just do it! - It was an excellent tour ! We loved it. The only drawback was that the guide had to repeat everything twice. Once in English and second in Spanish. It made for a too slow of a visit. But Wow thus place is so unique and well worth going!

Good tour bus - Tour bus impeccable and guide was very nice. Just don’t think it’s worth the drive 4 hours to and four hours back …..my personal opinion, but the tour itself was good. I guess something you see once.

MUST DO! - This was an amazing tour!
The tour guide and driver were both great!
Our tour guide was friendly, nice, and knowledgeable.
During the drive to our destination, we experienced a flat tire. But both our tour guide and driver handled it professionally and effortlessly. That’s probably why our group didn’t panic or had any complaints.
They also extended our tour to make sure that we still had enough time to explore.
Overall, this is something I’d recommend to family and friends to do!

HQ Company Tour to Mont Saint Michel - 3 of us signed up for a tour to Mont Saint Michel. The guide was so knowledgeable. I can't imagine showing up without a guide if this is your first visit. You wouldn't know what you were seeing. Our guide was Gwenael Pierre. He is easy to understand, explains clearly what you are viewing, and is pleasant to be around. He spent 3 hours with us and then gave us 2 hours to eat and explore on our own. He also went out of his way to help us to solve a travel problem that we had. If you get a chance to use Gwenael Pierre, grab it!!

Stunning place - I had a great experience on this guided tour. Mont Saint-Michel is absolutely stunning, and Crystal, our guide, was very attentive throughout. She made sure to keep us on schedule but also respected everyone's pace while walking. It was definitely worth opting for the guided visit. The duration of the tour was just right to explore the site, and during the free time, I even got the chance to try some local food. Highly recommend!

Great tour but long - The tour guide on this trip was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and presented the information well. The bus trip to the Mont was not great. The bus that we had was sub par at best. This needs to be changed for such a long trip. Otherwise this was a great tour.

This is not the best tour - The bus has very small seat space, it was a doble decker bus with very stepped stairways. The information of the tour says there will be no more than 40 pax but we have more than 50 and because of that, there was many little delays that added to a more than a hour. There was three tour groups together on the same bus: on your self, multilingual audio and guided tour.
The guide was not detailed in her explanation, just general info and was not prepared for answer a specific question about architecture or history; she was jumping from one theme to other without making a complete story.
There was a problem with the tickets for the entrance to fortification and abbey: tickets was not valid for the day because It was the first Sunday of the month and admission is free, but the company charges you for the ticket even though it is free. Here we had another delay. During the way back to Paris, at one of the stops to go to the bathroom, we had to wait more than 20 minutes because a passenger did not get to the bus, although since the beginning of the tour they insisted on being punctual since they would not wait for anyone.

The location was spectacular but the commute was tedious - Although Mont Saint Michel is a spectacular place to visit and explore, the bus trip from Paris is tedious. 4.5 hours on the way there, nearly 5 hours on the way home. Dealing with traffic is not ideal. Also, our guide decided to loudly speak using the bus sound system throughout the journey on the way there with long, drawn-out stories that were not relevant and not welcomed by the bus occupants. Suggest that if hours-long descriptions are wanted by travellers, to use the individual sound system with ear phones and not use the bus speaker system.

Bus ride is exhausting - Of course we really liked Mont Saint Michel. It’s magical. But the bus ride itself from Paris just worn us out to exhaustion. It's very cramped to sit, your legs don't fit, you can't stretch them out. 9-10 hours of travel is a challenge not for everyone. There is almost no time to see everything on Mont Saint Michel.
