• Moulin Rouge - You will see (from outside) the worldwide most famous cabaret and we will tell you the history behind the emblem of the Moulin Rouge - a red windmill. A legendary place where first the French Cancan was introduced to the Parisian public.
• Montmartre - We walk on the steps of the great artists, painters and writers you lived in this area at the end of the 19th and beginning of 20th century: Monet, Manet, Van Gogh, Pisarro, Rodin, Picasso, Zola and many others. Discover the places were they used to go out and where they lived and many thrilling stories about their lives.
• Pigalle - We show you the most famous red light district in Paris with its cafés, cabarets, sex shops and many hidden pearls from the past when it was home to painters and writers.
• Place du Tertre - The countryside in Paris: this square kept the bucolic charms from the past centuries: only a few hundred meters away from the nightlife at Pigalle, you can find a calm village with vineyards, bocce-fields and hidden parks.

Experience the captivating environment of the iconic Pigalle red light district, explore the artistic neighbourhood set atop Montmartre’s hill, and be in awe of the incredible Basilica Sacré-Cœur.

Our journey begins at the renowned Moulin Rouge. From this point, I’ll guide you uphill to Montmartre, following in the steps of eminent impressionist painters such as Manet, Renoir, Van Gogh, the illustrious Picasso, and notable writers like Emile Zola.

Our tour will include a detailed visit to the Basilica Sacré-Cœur, the city’s largest church, where you will be further enchanted by the sprawling view of Paris below - including the majestic Eiffel Tower - against the dusk setting. I will lead you through quaint and narrow streets, their cobblestone surfaces narrating numerous intriguing stories.

Together, we will uncover the hill’s remaining windmills, an artists’ vineyard, and a whimsical pink eatery turned so by a tipsy artist. Our adventure concludes at the renowned Place du Tertre square, where you can wind down with a meal or a beverage at any of the quintessential French restaurants.
