Fantastic tour and guide - Adam was the best guide. He was so well versed in the stories of the artists and paintings. He had insights and thorough explanations of a vast and complex time period. Thoroughly entertaining too and we learned a ton even though I am an artist and art history buff. Loved the explanation of the psychology of van goghs brain effecting his paintings. His wrap up almost brought me to tears. Best guide ever.

Magnifique! - The meeting place was clear & we were checked in by a lovely greeter. The museum was spectacular! The tour guide, Hugo, was the best! His passion for the art, there, was evident throughout! I learned more from him (in two hours) than in history of art classes in college. Bravo!

Short and Sweet - Emily took us to the highlights and gave us some interesting tidbits on the artists. Info we would have never known looking at the art on our own. The tour was short, which worked for us since we had to catch a plane. But if we didn’t, Emily suggested the spots we should come back and take a closer look at. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour.

Operator time and Viatour time were different - Tour guide was great but Viatour showed tour as starting at 10 but operator said it would not start until 10:15. Ended up wasting 30 minutes standing outside in rain.

First bad tour ever - We left the tour after 25 minutes. We couldn’t hear the guide. She had the microphone around her neck so she could wave her arms in explanation. We couldn’t see or hear anything.
