Excellent tour - excellent way to visit - Am excellent tour. Emmanuelle constructed a great narrative by selecting a relatively small number of paintings and sculpture (maybe 20-25) and explaining how French art and Impressionism came about. I saw some great art and of course was able to capture many more paintings during the tour. The musée was busy and it really helped to be part of a guided tour.

A great overview tour - well worth it - Our guide, Sylvia, was excellent, very knowledgeable and not at all boring. Pitched the information very well. Headsets made it much more enjoyable.
The tour was about 90 minutes and a perfect overview of the key paintings and artists on show. Having a guide made it so much easier navigating the various floors and rooms, no logistics to worry about.

Informative and Enlightening - Amalie is a wonderful tour guide. Smart, funny, informative and so much patience. I had to bring my luggage on the tour. I was worried I would miss the tour but she secured me a locker. She is superb!

Orsay Experience - Probably my favorite tour of my trip to Paris. The layout and art in this museum was definitely amazing and our guide extremely knowledgeable. Only drawback was that our guide was a little bit too concerned about logistics like the audio return policy and keeping everyone together in spite of having the audio devices.

Greedy Government Employees - Museum never opened. Tried twice and both times the French contemplated a strike so we never entered the museum or took the tour! Not the fault of Viator or the agent. Fault of the French government! Incompetent.
