Best History Lesson Ever - Today my husband and friends visited Normandy to see the D-Day Memorial. The started out a little problematic. They couldn't find my friends name on the rooster so they were pulled aside and had to wait till the tour organizer could call their office. So my husband and I stayed with them til the issue was cleared Well... that was the Best Problem we ever had. We were so fortunate to be put on this tour bus with Tour Guide John Price. John is originally from the USA and understands the importance of History. On the bus ride to Normandy our Tour Guide John took us through the Historu of World War 1 and World War II. Our history lesson was informative, enlightened and just really fun. I could tell our history is a True Passion for John and sharing it with us gave him Joy. The Normandy tour and all the locations were very moving. We were also fortunate that while we were at the Omaha Memorial there was a group of children Honoring the soldiers that paid the Ultimate price for our Freedom. This brought me to tears

Lets not forget our Heroes, ever! - We were blessed to have had an excellent tour guide, JOHN PRICE. A scholar of World War II history and the history of sights along the way. He captured the seriousness of the forward attack of our heroes that fateful June day. We honor the men who died that day. We were present for the laying of a wreath by high school studes while the French and American anthem played. John covered all areas of the ground work to launch the attack. A truly patriot of your history. The day was beautiful, memorable, and touching. Thank you. Ray and Alice

Day trip to Normandy, France to view WW2 Dday beaches, American Cemetery and museums. - This tour s well worth the day trip from Paris. It was thoughtful and respectful of our service men as well as informative. We were a party of 5 on our 1st trip to Paris. This was a bucket list tour for one of our group members. But all of us truly enjoyed the tour. I highly recommend John as a tour guide. He kept us on time and organized the trip in such a way as to optimize our time in Normandy. We were busy but not overwhelmed. Thank you so much for a great day!

Normandy is a must-see! - So happy we booked this tour. Packed a lot into 1 day with a very knowledgeable tour guide. John gave us lots of history and fun facts throughout the day. A long, but comfortable coach ride with plenty of breaks. Highly recommend the tour.

Historic and memorable day trip from Paris - John was a knowledgeable and informative tour guide with intimate knowledge of the period and impact on history. I would have liked to have more time at the sites, but certainly understand the time constraints. I think a bagged lunch, that could be eaten whilst traveling, would offer more valuable time to enjoy these historic sites.

Great day trip from Paris - A great day trip from Paris. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone! It’s not just for Americans ( we were 2 Kiwis) but anyone who is interested in history and World War 2 in particular. John our guide was not only knowledgeable about the D-Day landings but history in general including the history of France. The scenery is stunning and the cemetery sobering. The stop for lunch was nice with good options and the cider delicious. John was a joy to have as a guide. It is a long day but worth it - scenery from bus over French country side is an added bonus. Book this trip today!

Normandy D-Day Trip - The tour was great, and our tour guide John was even better! He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to preface and explain everything leading up to, during, and after D-Day. Each stop was more than meaningful. Getting to hear John describe the events unfold while standing down on Omaha beach was definitely a highlight. I couldn’t recommend this more!

Excellent and Emotional Tour - What a great excursion. John was an amazing tour guide! Very knowledgeable. This is a tour everyone should go on. It is very emotional. It makes you realise the sacrifices that are men made for Europe and our country. They definitely were the greatest generation ever. You can’t help but look at all those crosses and not cry.

History lesson for seniors. - Storytelling made the trip to Normandy go faster. Interesting. Then the history of DDay etc that was shared was in much more detail than anything I might have paid attention to in school.
