- We strongly recommend all clients who are traveling with infants to bring their own infant or child seat. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure the safety of their child.
- From April 1st, you’ll have the opportunity to freely explore the gardens at your own pace and enjoy the musical show inside the gardens of Versailles. Please be aware that guided visits inside the gardens will no longer be included
- Entry to the gardens is free of charge from November to March, and no ticket is required during this period. However, from April to October, a ticket is necessary to visit the gardens. Your City Wonders representative will provide you with your ticket on the day of the tour.

Wonderful experience - Our experience at the palace was wonderful. The tour company were very friendly and informative with pickup and drop off points. December the crowds were low which was a bonus for our visit. Our tour guide in the palace was so friendly, spoke English well and was very informative about the palace and its history. He also gave us plenty of time for photos and toilet breaks. We could leave the guided tour in the palace at any time after returning the listening head sets and explore self guided. The gardens are self guided and are vast in size. Golf carts are for hire and a wheeled cart train tour is also available by purchase. Walking you can still experience the main section of the garden and see the distance for photos. Time permits. You also have the option to return to Paris without the tour if you want more time in the garden/palace or even the area. Overall great trip.

The palace is amazing.... - The palace was amazing. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. The only downfall was there was too many people. Not the tours fault. I still rate 5/5

Anais was an amazing tour... - Anais was an amazing tour guide very knowledgeable and interactive. She was clear and to the point and didn’t go into extensive detail like other tour guides will. I highly recommend booking this excursion

Maximilien Made Versailles the Highlight of Paris! - I had the absolute pleasure of taking a tour from Paris to the Palace of Versailles, and it was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Our guide, Maximilien, was exceptional—entertaining, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. His storytelling brought the history of Versailles to life in such a vibrant way. Maximilien’s passion and humor made the trip unforgettable, and I cannot recommend this tour enough. Maximilien is hands down a 5 star allstar!

A Must Tour When Visiting Paris - Our tour of the Palace of Versailles was excellent! Our tour guide’s name was Tintu (sp)? and she was wonderful! This tour is a must when visiting Paris. Make sure you give yourself enough time to explore the gardens following the tour.

Magnificent place! - It was a little difficult figuring out where to meet the tour guide based on the map link since the church faces a circular drive, but once we found her and boarded the bus, it was a breeze! The coach was comfortable and we had an approximate 45 min ride to the Palace with some commentary from the coach tour guide about Paris. At the palace, we broke into two groups with new Palace tour guides (ours was Nazia and she was great!). The palace was fascinating and Nazia was extremely knowledgeable. At the end of the tour, Nazia left us to browse the gardens or to have a snack at Angelina’s restaurant or at the outdoor cafe and then tour the gardens on our own. Angelina’s had two lines - a dine in with higher prices, or a take-away line where you could find your own table (if there were any available). We chose to wait and dine in, which was very nice because it was so cold and rainy outside. We also saw the cafe on the outside of the museum, which was kind of like a cafeteria. The gardens were magnificent and they had optional mini train tours or golf cart rentals. We chose not to take the coach back with the group because we wanted to spend more time there and the metro line was a short walk from the ground. An added bonus was that there were little shops with souvenirs at great prices near the train. If we go again, we’ll get tickets for the structures outside the palace, such as the grotto, etc, which looked really neat.

Versailles Palace Tour - The Versailles Palace tour was good but way too crowded. We were being pushed and shoved through the palace and it was very hard to hear the guide even with the electronic device they gave us. She was very informational when we could hear her and the palace is worth seeing. I also recommend doing a multi day tour because there is so much to see.
