Fun way to see Paris - Was great! A very nice and different way to see Paris. My family love it. We were 5 in our family group so we have 2 cars and we were able to record and take pictures of us also in the cars through the city streets and monuments. Highly recommended!

Fun & Personalized Paris tour - Great personalized tour of Paris while sipping champagne! Our driver was super nice, engaging, and full of knowledge. He went out his way to get a bathroom stop in for one of our party. We ended the tour in Montmarte at our drivers recommendation for dinner! It wound up being one of our favorite Paris neighborhoods.

Top Experience in Paris with Hugo - We had a great hour or so with Hugo driving around Sacré-Coeur. The car is a trip, a bit cramped but part of the experience. Our driver Hugo was so much fun! He made the difference. He was friendly and helpful with suggestions and other things to do. Make sure you have an idea where you want to go. Paris’ traffic is difficult and you will only get to see one or two places maximum. I recommend Montmartre/Sacré Coeur.

Great fun! Kind of know what you want to see! - The car was fun, but very old. My husband is 6’4” and had a very hard time getting in and out. I was unprepared to be asked “What do you want to see?” It’s good though because there are things I have already planned to go to and I wanted to see the other things I might miss. It would be nice to know I could choose the sights so I could have been more prepared. Our driver was very fun! He was having a great time with us! He opened the top and I put my phone up on a selfie stick and just recorded most of the drive!

Hugely disappointed - My wife and I were quite disappointed with this to be honest. I contacted them months in advance asking if we could have a particular colour car, as a friend of ours had done a painting of the trip to Paris we were going to go on and included a blue Citroen in the painting - so I requested blue of course! They said this would be no problem and to message nearer the time. I messaged a couple of weeks before and again, no problem at all. When my wife and I arrived in Paris (the same day that we would be doing this tour in the evening) the tour company messaged me and said they wanted to change our tour from 21:30 to 19:30. We accommodated this and cancelled our dinner that evening at a restaurant we had really wanted to go to and couldn’t rebook. Then 5 minutes before they were due to pick us up they rang and said they couldn’t get the blue car, and we could have another colour but not sure which yet. We were ever so upset of course because we had cancelled dinner and now weren’t getting what they’d known about for months! They also said they couldn’t do the tour now, and would have to wait until 22:30! Eventually when they could do the tour, at 22:30, we had a red car and despite the driver being a really friend happy local, we saw basically nothing more than a few streets of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. We thought we would see lots of different sights but it felt just like this guy was driving his route to get home and telling us things such as “these are old Paris buildings”. We were given some macaroons as a good will gesture for the earlier blue car and timing incident. The whole experience really felt like amateur hour and we were hugely dissatisfied with everything. The customer service lady on the phone admittedly was very sorry that the various problems had arisen but still it was just very sad the whole experience was so shoddy. It felt like they had just rung up anyone who had an old car and said pick these two up and drive around a few bits and tell them something. There was no structure the tour at all, we didn’t see any sights other than the Eiffel Tower, the Pantheon and some busy streets which were apparently good for night life. Again, the driver was brilliant and really chilled but didn’t do much at all. We kept quiet as we thought oh any minute now we’re going to see more sights, but before you knew it it was “okay guys that’s the end”.

poorly planned - Viator should never have offered this tour on July 14....travel was impossible....we went nowhere. our driver was sweet and frustrated ..not his fault ...I requested a refund And was denied....done with Viator. 172 euro 20 mi. ride to nowhere ..
