Views were absolutely Fantastic - The night lights on the Tower & all of the other points of interest were fantastic but the tower was the outstanding part the way it was lit up after the Olympics. it was a pity the did not light up the rings after the Olympics as that would have been the icing on the cake. We had 6 Viator tours & they have been flawless. Tremendous. This tour was the absolute best to get a real feel of Paris at night & reasonably priced. When you are a first timer it is hard to navigate to the starting point. Put this one on the bucket list when to go to Paris & it should be the first thing you do before any other tours to give you an idea of what to do for your next tour.

City night tour - The night tour bus was amazing! I love seeing all the cities at night. The Eiffel Tower lit up at night was Illuminating. Amazing!

Poor sound for narration - Other reviewers already flagged the sound quality of the narration. It was very hard to understand.
A workaround is downloading the app and playing the narration via your phone/ with your own headset.
The tour was lovely though - quite different from only seeing Paris by day (which we did as well).

Disappointing! - It was extremely difficult to communicate with company/bus tour operator, we tried phone calls, emails, text messages, with no response, in order to verify boarding location, because of where the tickets purchased were telling us to go. We arrived at the designated boarding/meet site, & no one there. We literally had to ask a policeman, on guard & he indicated the office location for the Toot Bus, about a mile away. Two in our party were elderly (81 & 77 yrs). Luckily, anticipating a problem, we went with time to board the bus, (talked to a bus driver there)after much distress, because we couldn’t communicate with anyone from the office. The ride was average, the most disappointing, was we didn’t get near the Eiffel tower! We realize the Olympic made roads it difficult, but there had to be a street, the bus could have taken to get a view of the tower. Not the experience we had anticipated!😒

Look out for the weather - Unfortunately there was none.
Ii is not the company problem. It was the weather that rained so much that all of us had to go down.
But here was a little problem. I believe the bus was too old because we, the people, got wet due to leaks on the ceiling at the windows. So, no way to take photos and where to sit for not getting wet.

Unfortunately we do not recommend! - Night tour of 15/09/24. Friendly staff at the front desk before boarding. For the rest huge disappointment. Half the time in traffic jams, no adapted route or itinerary bis planned in case of difficulty... On the evening of 15/09 impossible to get to Eiffel Tower by the usual route, therefore no Eiffel tour because no other planned route alternative!!! Very average audio comments and music between comments not at all suitable. So it's not professional. Too bad:(

Audio was bad - I’ve done many of the hop on and off tours in the past in different cities. This one could have been ok, but the audio was super bad. Muffled, hard to hear, had to change seats because my headphones could not stay in the jack, etc. It ended up being a somewhat waste of $.

Terrible - Nothing …worst trip ever. The trip was sold as Paris at Night …expecting the lights …nothing because sun doesn’t set u til 10:30 pm…which was not disclosed in the materials. Never do this trip in the summer in Paris!
