Great! - Great tour. Julian was amazing. 2 tours were very different and cool. The only thing we felt was that the lunch drop-off was too long. We had 2 hours in epernay where most stores were closed. So we had a 45 min lunch then had nothing to do.

Best Ever - This was my favorite tour during our trip to Paris. We loved being able to see both a small family owned business as well as a bigger known company and many highlights on the way. I highly recommend it!

USA Olympics Waterpolo Fans Tour - Julie our Tour Guide was informative and friendly. Loved the small winery tour the most. It’s just a great ride through Champagne countryside. Lovely small towns and churches. Épernay stop was picturesque.

Disappointing - • Visit to Reims Cathedral was very rushed. • Michel Fagot - the guided visit was done by our driver and was only able to provide a basic overview. • Visit to Hautvillers Abbey and Tomb of Dom Perignon was again rushed, and we only received a “high level” overview of the significance of this site. • As advertised, we were to receive an expert local guide. We were provided with a “driver” not an expert guide. • This was supposed to be an English-speaking tour. Unfortunately, our driver was often difficult to understand. He answered questions at a very high level and sometimes was unable to answer the question that was asked. • Many of us did not feel safe with the driver - he accidentally bumped into a parked car in a parking lot in Reims. In addition, he narrowly missed a pedestrian crossing the street in that town. • Even though an air-conditioned minivan was advertised, the AC in the van was not always working and we had to ask several times to have it put back on. • We were dropped off in Epernay and given an hour and 15 minutes for lunch/shopping. Unfortunately, there were very few shops open, limited places to eat and no public washroom facilities. I don’t know why this was the case, but I expect a tour company to do their due diligence ahead of time to ensure a lunch location offers these basic needs. I booked this trip as a birthday present for my son, which made this situation even more disappointing
