Book this tour! - We had toured with Devour tours before and had this wonderful guide Julia-as luck would have it we had Julia again for this tour. We had several stops in the Marais neighborhood and the samples we had were delicious. Started with croissants, then stopped for double chocolate eclairs. We then had a stop for macrons, crepes and chocolate. Along the way Julia provided us with the history of the area and the history of some of the food we sampled. Great tour !!

Well worth the time and money! - The chocolate and pastry tour was one of the highlights of our trip! We loved the mix of history with delicious local food. It was also nice to see a part of the city that wasn’t on the “typical” tourist route (Eiffel tower, louvre, etc.) I would highly recommend!! Our guide was fantastic and very personable!!

The Buttery Croissant had me at hello… - From the moment we tasted Croissants at the first stop, I was hooked. Then it was better at the Eclairs, Macaroons, and my favorite, the Crepes stop. The chocolate tasting of the tour was good too for those who really love dark chocolate. Our tour guide David was very friendly and knowledgeable of the city’s rich history.

Delicious and filling - I highly recommend this tour. It was a good pace, and we learned a lot about how Paris itself grew. But best of all, was the food! The best croissants ever! We had time to sit and talk about the food as we ate at several of the spots, and had a good variety of French specialties. Most were sweet, and you could take it in a to go box if you couldn't finish it. There was water offered, and restrooms at two of the stops. Our guy David was fabulous. He got to know our names, and included us in his commentary with quiz questions! By the end of the tour, we were off full. It was a full serving of all the treats at each of the spots. A great value for the price.
