Croissant bakery experience - Our chef, Mili, was very knowledgeable about baking, friendly and easy going. We learned step by step how to make delicious Parisian croissants! At the end of the class, we got a written recipe of the croissant. Also, we bought a wooden roller and a brush with the name of the bakery. Great experience for me and my daughter. Mili shared with us a list of her favourite places to go in Paris. Thanks a lot!

In depth, hands-on, fun baking class! - Our family, with a 7 and 10yo, enjoyed this baking class together. The kids were welcomed and were able to do the entire baking process on their own with the help of an adult when you had to put in some muscle or use a sharp knife. Anytime we eat a croissant bake home we feel spoiled knowing what a home baked pastry right out of the oven tastes like.

Fun baking class - This was a fun experience in Paris. The staff is friendly, well organized and paced the class well. Small groups of no more than 8, each pair working together. We were able to bake and eat 4 different types of croissants and cinnamon rolls. They pack all the items left over for you to take home as well. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal baking experience - This was perhaps the best experience in Paris. Milli was an incredible instructor, completely hands on from start to finish. Highly recommend. She also provided us with recommendations throughout the city outside of normal tourist spots. She was amazing!

French baking with Delphine! - Delphine is an amazing baker and host. She is witty and professional at the same time. I would recommend this cooking class to anyone visiting Paris. She makes you feel like you really could make croissants. I’m certainly going to try!

The best experience - We had a great afternoon led by Amélie. We made croissants, but also Pain au Chocolat and Pain au Raisin (with the option for Pain Suisse/chocolate chips instead). We were a group of 8 which was the perfect size and had a tea or coffee on arrival. We made 2 croissants (different shapes), 2 Pain au Chocolat and a Pain au Raisin each. Plus Amélie made cinnamon swirls with the offcuts so we sampled those too. Highly recommend.

Croissant baking class - Our teacher Millie was wonderful. She was very bubbly and made the class so much fun. Our croissants were amazing. The small class size- only 5 in our group- was a real plus.

Great experience with Croissant Baking - This was one of our favorite experiences in Paris. The class is thoughtfully planned. The teacher was personable and easy to understand. Our 11-year old had a great time and the croissants we helped make were delicious.

Croissants 101 - When in France, why not learn the art of croissant-making? I’ll admit, I was kind of hoping for the full ‘flour everywhere, apron on, make-a-mess’ experience, but the ingredients were all pre-measured and ready to go. Still, that first bite of a warm, fresh-from-the-oven croissant? Pure bliss—the tastiest of the entire trip! Not sure I could recreate it solo at home, but a free Zoom refresher class would be the perfect way to brush up! And note, it was hard to locate the building because there wasn’t a sign, but luckily the teacher came outside and found us nearby.
