Excellent combo museum visit. - Both museums are awesome as should be visited even going to Paris. Everything went smoothly when using these tickets and the walk between the two was not too far.

Marvellous experience with Paris Odyssey! - The combo we purchased was an excellent choice: Orsay Museum + Rodin Museum. Two absolutely magnificent museums that left stars in our eyes! We also had almost no wait thanks to the skip-the-line option. It was smooth and pleasant. The most agreeable aspect is the professionalism of our interlocutor, Rachid, who was charming, responsive and constantly available to answer our questions. Rachid made our experience even more enjoyable. For those going to Paris, we highly recommend using the services of Paris Odyssey.

A artistically rewarding experience - Both museums are well worth seeing--so many beautiful and inspiring works of art, laid out in ways that enable you to appreciate them more, without feeling crowded. The flexible days passes allow you to determine when to visit, same or different days. Just be careful in finding the C1 entry and not join the long line of those buying tickets at C2. It's easy to be fooled.

Paris d’orsey museum - The d’orsay museum was amazing. I highly recommend doing the skip the line ticket. We got in within 5 minutes while there were probably a hundred people in lines trying to get in. If you can’t book a private tour, which I prefer, do the audio tour.

Was scammed for two museums tickets and paid three much more, then had to pay again at the museums - Horrible experience, I was scammed twice for two museum tickets and customer support lied •the supplier• not willing to refund when I did contact supplier as well, and they had no record of such request made by Viator. In fact, Louvre reps said they are “tired of customers complaining for same reasons and hope someone starts a law suit against Viator one day”

Very dissatisfied with Viator - I requested support while at the Orsay museum because the barcode I received did not work. I never received the tickets via my email. I have requested a refund via What’s App support. The details never stated the tickets would be delivered via email or what’s app. Please refund.

Don’t trust viator - 'Viator sold me a worthless product. The date for this ticket was Sunday May 5. When I got there the guard told me that the first Sunday of every month was free admission but you had to reserve a months ahead of time. Viator should have known this and not sold me a useless ticket.

Absolutely unnecessary. - Why should I buy a ticket in advance, for a lot of money, if I then have to wait in line for two hours? Is that a joke? I probably would have gotten in quicker without buying a ticket in advance.
