Incredible Eiffel Tower Experience! - We had an absolutely wonderful time with Kelly during our hour-long photo shoot in Paris. Despite the unexpected road closures due to the recent Olympics, Kelly was incredibly adaptable and found us stunning alternative locations that captured the magic of the city. Kelly was not only professional but also incredibly friendly and made us feel at ease throughout the entire shoot. His expertise and creativity were evident in the beautiful photos captured. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend Kelly/this experience to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable photo shoot experience in Paris.

Great experience - Kelly was a fantastic photographer. He knew where to go to get the best shots of the Eiffel Tower and then took great photos, even suggesting different poses. Great experience that I would book again.

The Weather Ruined Everything - Clément was great. Very kind. Very prompt. However, we did not get to get many photos due to the rain. We tried but there was no way to continue without getting sick (plus my mom is already sick). I’m very sad because I specifically wanted photos in Paris to celebrate me earning my doctorate degree. 😞

PHOTO SHOOT AT EIFFEIL TOWER - Dear TripAdvisor My name is Horace and my siblings and I did a photo shoot at the Eiffeil Tower on 18 June 2024 with your photographer Kelly. We were late and paid him extra for his inconvenience. We wanted to take a lot of group photos but the photographer seemed more prepared to do it singly. He did do a few group shots which we didn't think were enough and asked him to do some at the very end of the shoot. I want to quote you as to what we were going to get. Your email after the shoot said "We hope you enjoyed your Picster photoshoot! Your photos have now been sent to our editing and selection team who will choose the best shots and edit them so you look your fantastic best!" Your words. We did receive your "best edited shots" within the specified time but unfortunately they were never edited (having been shown the photos on the camera) The photos all seemed overexposed (editing would have fixed this) I took some photos using a Samsung A53 along with the photographer, using an SLR camera. See photos below for comparison Photographer photo at left is less vivid. Colours in dress pops in photo to right. Green in trees are deeper and richer. Our "edited" photos all had the same issue. In the photographer's photo to left, the sky is bland, the colours not deep. Also, the Eiffeil Tower is not perpendicular, corrected in edited photo on right, done on an android phone using no specialist software. You did no editing. What was more important is that we were closed out of the selection of photos we wanted. As siblings, we wanted group photos more, singles less and if given the choice, would have so chosen.We will not require any additional photos from you because of the above issues. Though the effort of the photographer would warrant a 3, the final result would only garner a 1 star. A 2 star rating overall. I would not recommend your service to anyone. Take the money and buy a good dinner. Disappointed Siblings

Please do not waste your money - Be careful. You get what you pay for. First issue we had was trocadero was closed off for Olympics. They pick the best 20 pics and the pics they picked for us were definitely not the best. The photographer allowed me to see the pics at the end of the session and I specifically asked to omit the ones of me sitting bc they did not look good, but of course they included a bunch of those. The pics they picked my daughter’s hand was up fixing her hair, in one pic her dress was stuck to mine and in another her sleeve was off her shoulder. The photographer was nice but clearly an amateur. I asked the company to replace the pics with others that might be better and they responded once and now they are ignoring my emails. This was such a disappointment, as it’s not like I can go back and take more anytime I want. I actually took better pictures with my iPhone.
