Fantastic way to see the sites along the Seine - We loved this one-hour tour!
We purchased our tickets before leaving the USA. We didn't have to select a date, so the flexibility of showing up on our timetable was a huge plus.
Staff are friendly and the lines move quickly. Every seat is a good seat and the information provided, in various languages, is sufficient. We chose a beautiful, sunny February day and I can't imagine a better way to spend an hour.
Note to those who love selfies and selfie-sticks: Please take your selfie and sit back down. There was a couple on our cruise who stood along the railing for most of the trip, taking selfies with a selfie-stick, blocking the view of everyone around us. We all want photos. It's important to remember this is a shared space.

Fantastic Sightseeing and Extremely Good Value - A fantastic way to see the City of Paris and the sights, such as lourve, Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower and much, much more. So many stylish buildings and with a rich history.
It cost £27.36 for two adults and the trip was 1hour 10mins... Excellent Value... you can be inside or sit outside on top of the boat....we went in January and it was cold , so wrap up warm.

AMAZING RIDE - Beautiful walk along the river Seine. I did it at night and could see Paris illuminated, totally imposing. It is also very useful to explain the history of Paris during the tour. Unmissable ride.

Paris Sienne Cruise - It was informative. The seats were wet, no one dried them. Couple in front of us smoking. No frills but a must do. No one bothered you.

Good experience with the cruise - Experience was good. Cruise was comfortable to travel with heating in the sitting area although the outside temperature was about 4 degree.

Does not book online - Visiting Paris for 1 day with our 2 children, we had booked an e ticket. Unfortunately that day the Seine was in flood and we could not do the cruise. We made a claim but the ticket was valid for 24 months, so they wouldn't refund us. We live very far from Paris and we certainly will not return until then. So the tickets are lost.
Morality: do not make a reservation online. It is better to go directly to the platforms and buy your ticket the same day if you are passing through.

Disappointing - Disappointing experience. There was no sound on the boat, so no comments to accompany the visual. The problem is old since the speakers are not installed in many places on the ship. Be wary of companies with a roadblock and thinking they enjoy a situation rent. There are many other companies on the same services that certainly take more care of their customers.
