Fun, quiet tour - Our guide Becky knew how to take us well into the story and history of the cemetery. She told interesting stories and facts and the occasional photos to get a good idea of what it looked like in the past.

Super informative and pictures worthy - Carole was clearly very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the cemetery, guiding us effortlessly through the place (despite construction forcing us to detour around the tour path) and giving us a quite thorough explanation of the cemetery's history and its inhabitants. Would recommend for people who like to look at cool graves and want to know more about the people laid to rest there.

A pleasant and interesting walk through the well-known Père Lachaise Cemetery - My wife and I went on this tour with no real prior knowledge of what was in the cemetery or how it would look, but it was very enjoyable. Our guide Carole was excellent and very knowledgeable, as we did ask a bunch of questions and she was able to answer them all very extensively, which just added to the experience. We saw some famous people's graves but also graves/tombs of perhaps not so famous people that Carole told interesting stories about. If you are looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of Paris streets with a bit of history and celebrity on the side, or are just someone that enjoys taking a walk among the tombstones and trees, then you will probably enjoy this tour.

Pere Lachaise cemetery tour - The guide was a lovely young lady who knew very little. Her selection of famous graves was mediocre at best. At the end she asked for suggestions on how to improve the tour.
