  11:15 Departure to Hautvillers. It takes about 30 minutes.
• Hautvillers - 11:45 - 12:15 Visit the Abbey’s Church of Sindulphe d’Hautvillers (Abbaye Saint-Pierre d’Hautvillers). It is a former Benedictine monastery. The Abbey was founded in 665 and remained active till the French Revolution 1789. Dom Perignon has developed the wine making methods in the region of Champagne. Nowadays there are 26 local Champagne producers in the village.

  12:15 Departure to Epernay. (5 km).
• Epernay - 12:30 - 13:45 Lunch break in pernay. We can make a good local restaurant reservation or You can spend time of Your own. pernay is known as the Champagne Capital of France. Located along the Marne river surrounded by the wine hills it is home of many region’s most prestigious champagne houses. pernay is a must for champagne lovers. Walk the Avenue of Champagne attracts many tourists.
  13:45 Departure to Champagne AYALA in Ay village. It takes just 10 minutes (4 km).

• Champagne Chateau de Boursault - 16:00 - 16:45 visit at the local family producer Champagne Chateau Boursault located on the top of the hills. Tasting of 3 glasses of Champagne with explanations. Walking to the Chateau with beautiful views over the vineyards inside of the walls of the Chateau.
  16:45 Departure to Paris (10 km). It takes 2 to 2,5 hours.
