Great views and no tour guide!!! - The views were amazing! There was lovely music playing instead of a tour guide telling you things over a microphone. The perfect amount of time, just one hour. Food and drink was available for purchase right there at the port which is convenient to get a drink and bite before the boat ride began.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - What a fun end to our trip in Paris! The views were incredible from the water and the staff was very knowledgeable. We traveled with two teenagers and it was a perfect evening.

Overall review - Overall it was a nice one hour cruise. The speaker or microphone the tour guide was using went in and out intermittently which made it difficult to follow along at times. The snacks available for purchase were good and appropriate. Glad we did it, just wish the speaker/microphone functioned better.

This was a lovely way to... - This was a lovely way to see the city. We wish we had done this at the beginning of our trip rather than at the end. The location was easy to find and easy to board. The guide was talking throughout most of the ride; few more moments of silence to soak in the view would have been nice.

Night time boat cruise - A few things before you take this tour. Make sure you have a credit card, since the bar is cashless. I didn’t see a toilet on board, make sure you go before you line up.
The smallest bill that I had on me was a 50, so I was unable to leave a tip for the Captain and crew.
I did have 5.00 in coins that I gave the narrator, He was very informative.
I prepaid extra for 2 glasses of champagne and snacks, however, they only had one bartender, so it took a bit to get the warm champagne. It was okay, not worth the extra money and I didn’t receive any snacks. But that’s okay.
It was cold outside to there were more people inside than chairs available, so nobody wanted to leave their chairs unattended.
My review should not a negative impact on the Captain or the crew, they did an excellent job navigating the river to keep us all safe. They should be highly commended.
I would recommend that one crew member hold a small bucket on the pier for tips (optional).
Other than that, I would recommend this tour.

Good tour Viator issue with getting tickets - Great senic river tour. However getting my ticket on the Viator app was not working. When I hit "Get My Tickets" msg appeared thst said "email tickets in app". When I went to check both my email and the app, no tickets where there. I did have the confirmation # and reservation # so the vendor had to check those...was able to confirm the reservation # and give me a manual ticket. Might be a glitch in the system. When I looked up the problem on Google. Others had the same issue. Called customer service and Viator said they fixed on their end...but customer said it was not fixed.

Couldn’t hear anything! - Could have been a great experience, however we couldn’t hear a word that was said by the tour guide. So pretty pointless really. There was an app to download which we did but this was only by chance as was shown on a few signs dotted around. But there was no warning as to bring your own headphones etc. and even then couldn’t hear my phone because everyone was talking so loud. Was glad to get off the boat, after googling the locations myself and quickly trying to find the history of the sites. What a shame
