It was a lovely... - It was a lovely experience. We decided to stay inside where there was seating that faced each other. The line to boards seems terribly long, but it moves quite quickly. Listening to the audio tour was nice and educational.

Nice cruise with fantastic photo opts - We had a very relaxing cruise. The best part is it ended right in front of the Eiffel Tower as it sparkled for the first time of the night! We got amazing pictures and videos.

Good for sightseeing - Good river cruise with excellent views of Paris and its sites. It was a very large boat, and the audio guide was through a telephone near your ear. There was not one guide speaking to you the entire time. The crêpes were accessible only at two particular grape stands completely across Eiffel Park, so we did not wind up going all the way there. It was mostly a cruise, not guided and the crepes are very difficult to get.

Cruise Could Be ? - River Cruise has it’s charm due to it being located in the iconic city of Paris. However the information from this site has some updating on tickets being processed along with the truth about when, where, or stop saying anything that is wrong. For me, coming from another country, I think this experience could have may explain. One very interesting thing was the address listed for the crepe was very difficult using google maps as a guide to navigate to it. So maybe giving more information about what street map could help.

Don't book and pay for... - Don't book and pay for the crepe part. No one could tell us where the restaurant was . Google said it was 6 km away . Needless to say we didn't get our crepes. That was wasted money. The boat ride was good. Download the guide, the explanations of sites, buildings etc was poor,
I think we should be refunded the price of the crepes.

Cruise OK, not super good value - The company that runs this cruise is Bauteau Parisiens, they are the ones doing it for 99% of Viator packages and travel agencies. The Cruise itself will have hundreds of people on it. There is an app you need toutdoors. (And bring your earbuds) if you want live commentary outdoors, there are NO headsets or speaker commentary outdooors.
The crepe that comes with the experience is right near the Metro station for the Eiffel tower, so if you take that travel method it is great, but if not then it would be a pain.
The crepes were very good - however we didn't save any money with this package over just buying the Cruise ticket directly and buying the crepes ourselves.

No crepes, but Eiffel Tower great - Honestly could not find “crepe experience”
Boat was freezing. Too long in the cold.
However Eiffel Tower view at night was exquisite!
Never got our crepes, but in the end it was an experience.

Poor customer service - I did not get a QR code sent to me and when I contacted them they said they sent it with no other help for us. No refund either. We wanted to do the cruise, so we paid for it on our own.
