Nice cruise - 4 of us took the tour down the river. Lovely guide, nice journey and drinkable champagne. Great result!

Fun way to introduce the family to Paris. - A simple but well organised boat, that was a lovely way to see Paris and all its attractions from a different angle.

Seine Cruise - Relaxing cruise on the Seine and great tour guide. We had walked all through Paris but was so nice to see the city from the river view.

Great value & perfect amount of time on boar - Beautiful views, just the right amount of time on the boat. Great opportunity to take photos. Gift shop is really cute, too.

Perfect way to start our vacation! - loved this boat ride. We took the 7:30 ride with a choice of wine or beer (champagne was an additional charge). There was no narration but it was amazing to see life along the seine. Boat wasn’t too big (unlike many of the others we saw). Get there 20 - 30 mins early so you get a seat on top.

Nice champagne ride - The ride and champagne were good. We could barely hear the girl making the commentary over the noise of the boat but still enjoyed

Average tour - Cruise was informative and we enjoyed learning about the history of Paris from the guide. The cruise times had change from when we originally booked the cruise, it was 1.5 hours later than our original booking. We would have appreciated and email, or even text to advise the times were changing for the season. We ended up very early, not a big deal as we took the time to enjoy the Eiffel tower. If you are in a rush, might be best to confirm the times.

Overcrowded and Understaffed. - Not very good to be honest. Waited 30 minutes to board and then the the boat was over crowded and we ended up sitting inside. The Champagne was included and with one barman who seemed to be working in slow motion. Many people were queuing with some waiting 45 minutes just to get a drink - missing most of the boat ride. There's no commentary on the boat, just some piped in French music. Watching people getting angry at the bar was probably the most entertaining bit.

Complete ripoff and false advertising - Do not buy. Says it comes with champagne but it doesn’t. They want to charge you 3/4 the price of the ticket for a glass onboard. False advertising should not be allowed. Will be disputing this charge.

Horrible experience! - HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The bartender of the boat a person without criteria, high-minded, and who did not mind putting 3 women (and me pregnant) through a bad experience in the boat for an hour, only because he did not want to give us a glass of wine, which otherwise we had paid at the time of buying the tickets. According to him the tickets did not correspond to what we were asking for, that the ticket had been picked up from the ground anywhere to cause him trouble, he also told us that it was not his problem and that we should wait until the end of the trip to make the claim for something we had paid for (the bartender knowing that customer service at that time was closed), also attached that we did not have the right to speak to him and that he would ignore us (which he did for at least 15 minutes without considering what happened) all this even though a sailor came to verify that what we requested was the right thing and that I requested him to hand us the glass of wine. It should be noted that my cousin went 2 times before to request her drink, but the bartender prepotently asked for a different ticket each time (this dialogue was in English). So, when I realized the situation and went to talk to him in French to find out what was going on, because maybe there could be a translation problem, but when I come to request the information, he asks me to wait until the end of the line, knowing that my cousin had already done the line twice before and seeing my advanced pregnancy status. Finalmnete had no option to return the ticket even though we could not enjoy the trip, as the bad time with the discussion after demanding what we had paid made me feel bad during the trip and my pressure rose, so the captain of the boat had to call the firefighters at the end of the trip. RECOMMENDATION... do not buy tickets with drinks, because you never know if they will respect or not paid.
