Average experience - The trip advisor ticket to get in was incorrect and the self guided pass was not honored. We were advised to buy the ticket from website only in the future. Timed entry was not clear on the actual ticket but fortunately I had a screenshot of the reservation selection when booking.

Misleading - Wrong and misleading title and the booking procedure when you pick time! This ticket is not a priority admission and there's no timeslot allotted on the actual ticket. If I had known, we could entry museum earlier and didn't have to waste the time waiting until the timeslot you picked on the app. Anyway, this ticket does allow you to enter the museum. And the museum is AMAZING.

Better to book in advance and direct with the gallery - Advertised aa priority tickets but we're not officially priority tickets and we were still asked to join a very long line to queue. We eventually got in after 1 hour of queuing and 1 hour after out timed entry. Although our ticket included an audio tour, we hadn't realised this meant an audio mp3 file which we could play on our phones, rather than the gallery audio guide. We couldn't use the mp3 audio as we didnt have headsets for our phones with us and so we ended up buying the galleries own audit tour at additional cost.
