Versaille visit with family - If you want to visit Versailles it is best to visit with a guide. There are so many visitors and so much to learn it would be difficult to do on your own.

Great tour! - Great tour of Versailles. Lots of history and stories of the kings and queens that lived at Versailles. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the buildings and how the people lived there at the castle.

Worth the wait - Tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history and helped connected the present to the past. Although the visit was very crowded and we still had to wait in line the trip was worth it.

Tour guide was not good - Overall experience was not so good, reason is because the tour guide was not able to speak good English. May be her accent or knowledge about the place both were a problem..

Unorganized disappointment - Our tour guide was disorganized. No fault of her own but tickets were not distributed properly and we were delayed entrance while guide went back out to acquire the appropriate ticket so all group members could attend. We did not get full time we should have in the gardens and the palace tour was rushed so that we could get at least some time in the gardens. A partial refund should be in order as we believe the delay in not hitting our group tour time also resulted in an extremely packed and uncomfortable environment for the tour.

The tour was supposed to... - The tour was supposed to be private and in the fine print it said less than 18 people. We had 21 people. We requested a refund and were told NO. Our credit card company will handle on our behalf

No tour for us, money wasted! - Terrible traffic due to an unexpected runners race in Paris where streets were blocked. The meeting place for the tour was very far and cost us more than 50 Euros to get there. I texted the horrid tour company that we would be getting there close to the prescribed departure time and they indicated that their bus would wait for five minutes after the designated departure time. We arrived by that time and notified them by text about our progress and they broke text contact leaving us without a way to determine which of the thirty or so buses in that area were ours. We asked by text again anyway (no phone and live person to speak with at any time) if we took a cab to the Palace if we could catch up with the tour and join them at the Palace or if our tickets would at least gain entrance for us. We paid another 50 Euros to Uber to get us there hoping for the best and never got a returned text from the tour company. Our prepaid tickets were not honored at the Palace so no tour for us!

No refund or reschedule. - Not positive. We were stuck in traffic and did not make it to meet up point in time. I reached out to your to try and reschedule or get a refund. No reply initially then no refund.

Nothing as advertised!!! - Was never notified that our tour was not actually via a train. Missed going on our tour and had to get there by bus. Met up with the tour and was given a tour guide who barely spoke English with a very thick French accent. Could not understand her at all. Skip the line? No way. We waited 45 minutes outside in the heat to get in. Once in tour guide bought the wrong tickets. Had to wait for her to go back outside to get the correct type of tickets. At which point my daughter and I handed back , our headsets and went off on her own. Was told that because we were on a bus we needed to meet the bus back at a certain time. Therefore, we did not have enough time in the gardens and did not really get the full tour as promised and exploration time.
