You will have the opportunity to discover King Louis the 14th’s magnificent palace and remarkable French gardens in Versailles. Furthermore, you will get an insight into the lively home and picturesque Clos Normand gardens in Giverny, which served as an inspiration to Claude Monet.

- This tour requires that all participants are able to walk well, even on hot summer days. If you have trouble walking or get faint in the hot sun then this is NOT a good tour for you.

Fabulous way to see these expansive gardens! - Lucien was a great and factual story teller. He made connections with all his guests and went out of his way to help. He provided us with cost saving tips for the market. Bikes were easy to ride and comfortable. Pace was easy going! Thank goodness for the rain ponchos which protected us from an unseasonal bitter cold wind!!

Excellent! - This was a fantastic small group tour! Our guide Will was a blast! A full day, but we felt we had enough time to see what we wanted to see. Both locations were amazing! Well organized… the meeting point was well identified and the nearby cafe was open early enough for coffee and pastry… the only way to begin a day in Paris! We do not take tours like this often, but this was a great experience and highly recommend.

Gorgeous day trip from Paris - A beautiful tour and we were so glad that we went. Clementine was an excellent host and guide, very knowledgeable, a great driver and so kind in helping our family have the best possible experience. Arriving at Giverny right at the opening gave us a few minutes of private time in the beautiful gardens before the crowds arrived. Versailles was crowded (I guess it is usually worse) but good to see. The gardens were worth the trip and I could definitely go back to explore them more. Trianon is my favorite part of the Versailles estate. So peaceful and strangely quaint. We had lunch options in Versailles. I recommend La Place for crepes.

Must book tour - HB and Sarah were our tour guides. Had an amazing day at Monet’s garden & home along with Versailles. They shared many fun details & were very knowledgeable of both places. It rained the day of our tour, they had large umbrellas for everyone & made sure we had umbrellas before leaving the van. I would definitely recommend this tour. If my travels take me back to Paris, I’ll be booking more tours with them.

Best Thing We Did in Paris - The BEST part of our trip to Paris was this tour with H.P. We signed up for the small group tour of 8 and ended up being the only 2 on it. H.P. was a knowledgeable, funny, and really nice guide that drove, escorted us, and provided the tours at Giverny and Versailles. If you’re interested in visiting Monet’s gardens and the history of the Versailles, this is a must.

Outstanding Tour! - This tour was amazing and our tour guide Clementine was fabulous! She knew the water lilly pond would be crowded, so as soon as they opened, she took us straight there to get photos with no one around. She was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We were able to see and learn so much on the Giverny and Versailles tour. I highly recommend it, it was definitely one of my favorites!

A wonderful immersive day of Monet and Versailles tour - Lucy was a wonderful guide; a real gem. - she explained so much of Monet, his life and then after lunch/ she suggested a creperie which was delicious. We went onto Versailles later in the day. A Small group ,the information she provided was just perfect for visitors to her country. Thankyou Lucy for making our day special. A memorable experience from blue fox travel, Paris.

Double Gsrden Dream Trip - Augustine our guide made this all day trip so fun and a cultural experience. Excellent driving and expectation setting. He gave us just the right amount of Parisian and Normandy history and art insights. Ed walked the Monet gardens and Versailles chateau and gardens at a comfortable pace with time to grab a drink and to pause for photos and breaks as needed. I highly recommend this trip and our guide Augustine.

Amazing way to spend a day outside the city - This trip was awesome! We had the perfect amount of time at each location and Kesiah was really flexible and responsive to our needs and interests. Monet’s house and gardens are a must for any trip to France, and the tour of Versailles had the perfect blend of free time and guided information.

The best fun and friendly guide - Lucy was an amazing tour guide. She was fun and made us really feel welcome. She had a lot of great information and knew just what to focus on so we got the most out of our time. We couldn’t have had a better guide. She made the whole day enjoyable.
