Great activity for the whole family - Excellent activity for the whole family. Worth going to Defense which is a little out of the centre. Brilliant activity - we were a family of 6 and managed to stay together as 2 x 3. Would say perhaps reconsider if you are scared of heights as there are some scary moments but obviously there is no danger! Took my 10yo and he loved it. Others are teens and also really enjoyed it.

Thank you! - It was great. We missed the opening by a few days but the VR tour gave us a visual of how the cathedral looked. It also provided an added bonus of how it was built and being restored!

To do! - Absolutely great. Not recommended for children under 11 years old because they carry a heavy backpack and it lasts 45 min. Diving in the Paris of the Middle Ages! Very nice moment at 30€ when booking on the internet

History in 3 D - Quite a journey through history. The actual tour was somewhat disconcerting if you were not used to virty reality.

Next to reality. - The experience seemed very real. It felt as if I was really witnessing people working on the Cathedral on their work sites.

Experience wasted by crowds - The immersive experience is nice, really unfortunate that it was spoiled by the crowd. Too many people, we were scrambling. The children don't follow instructions, shove and scream. The silence asks is not respected and the noise prevents to hear the audio comments. The group in front of us included 8 people, that's way too many, we were following each other and were in the same place at the same time, our courses being spaced apart by only 1 or 2 minutes. It's the factory. The mask is heavy and hurts the face. Under these conditions, the experience is absolutely not worth the price.

Faulty apparatus with no redress - The entry took much longer than we expected. When me head mask was put on the vision was double and out of focus. I thought it would improve as I got used to it. It did not. Then I walked into a wall, no red grid had appeared. Several time I walked into another person. My partner was in a completely different place visually compared to reality. Each time I put my hand up and technicians adjusted the device. It never improved. The result was that I had to concentrate on not hitting walls or hurting myself or other people. So for me the experience was a complete waste of time. At the end the staff were not interested in my complaints. I should have been offered either another tour or my money back.

Canceled and no way to get in! - This trip was canceled by trip Advisor a few days before it was to take place, there was NO WAY to book replacement tickets, given the demand. Yes, I got a full refund. But I didn’t get to go inside Notre Dame. Some things are worth more than their monetary value,
