French wine and cheese pairing. - My husband, daughter and I recently visited Wine Tasting in Paris for a wine and cheese pairing. Everything about the experience was wonderful. The welcoming and cozy atmosphere, the charm and knowledge of M. Givone, and of course the delicious wine and cheese. We left with a greater understanding and appreciation of French wines and cheese. Will highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris. My husband thought it was the perfect way to celebrate his birthday!

Delicious wine, interesting, friendly and knowledgeable host. - The wine tasting at Thierry was incredibly fun, tasteful and interesting! He knew how to tell everything about the wine and also answer the sometimes quite difficult questions of the participants. He is clearly a craftsman and takes care of the guests with great kindness. Afterwards you can still buy the wine you have tasted, which is of course very nice! I absolutely recommend going to Thierry for a tasting, if you want to taste wine in Paris!

Informative, fun and intimate - My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Thierry! The bread is complimentary, the cheese board is not and we’d recommend purchasing the cheese board. Thierry did a great job showing us which cheeses to pair with each wine. It really enhances the experience. If you’re in Paris and looking for a fun, interactive experience I would encourage you to book this experience. It’s great for wine and non-wine drinkers alike.

Very well done. - Being from California we wanted to learn more about the wine regions of France and how bottles were labeled by region rather than varieties. Both were very well explained and documented. We now have a much better understanding of how to identify French Wines.

Really excellent and enjoyable evening! Tasty wines. - Thiery talked us through the basics of wine tasting and the wines regions of France, and then we got stuck into the delicious tasting experience. He explained everything really clearly and answered all our questions. Thiery is super expert so if you're already knowledgeable and passionate about wine, he has lots of expertise to share and for those of us who are more novice, it's a great opportunity to get an introduction and build some knowledge. I really enjoyed trying some posher wines than I would usually come across and build a bit of confidence about describing what I'm tasting and understanding what I like. I took my 19 year old son; we both learnt lots. Others in the group were generally beginner level, like us, while a few were more experienced. The group size is small enough for everyone to be able to ask questions but big enough to create a fun atmosphere. Highly recommended!
