Perfect - Perfect way to see the city. We enjoyed the convenience of the ability to get off where we wanted and then get back on when we were ready.

Give them a break. It is an Olympic City. - Better than expected after reading reviews. This hop on hop off bus was similar to many similar experiences in other cities. This tour company is obviously trying to figure it out with the Olympic disrupting traffic flow. I would recommend this bus tour. It got me to the sites in wanted to see and the buses had available seats.

Meh for tour, nice overview of city highlights - We read the reviews and knew about the traffic, closed stops etc but still decided to take the bus tour as we wanted to cover large area without having to walk it all. First day was great, got to see Eiffel Tower through Pompidou Center before jumping off for dinner. Second day was a waste of time waiting for the bus. We were at our local stop at 9:15 am, however, I guess they only start from stop 1?? We didn’t see a bus for an hour. The app was not helpful, would jump between bus arriving from 5 to 30 minutes so we couldn’t tell when it was actually coming. Just as we were aborting, the bus finally arrived. So you don’t really get to use much of the 24 hrs if they only operate 9:30 to 6:30 and you have to get transportation to the starting point. Definitely not a bus every 10 minutes. Importantly, this is a drive around the city. The commentary was completely useless, some unrelated anecdotes about past Olympics. Wish they would figure out how to tell you what it is you’re looking at. Other tours in other cities can do this…

Not good - We found it difficult to find the hop on point to get started. Because of bridge closures for the olympics lots of stoppages in traffic. The buses kept letting people on when all seats were taken. Too congested

Very disappointing experience - We had almost the same experience as if we had taken a city bus. The guide in earplugs made a lot of small talk about nothing and very little information about what we could have seen on the tour. Massively overpriced trip.

Not worth it!! Not enough buses...Long waits!! - The seevice is awful, small fleet in comparisonto BIGBUS tour. Long waits between stops. Sat at Notre Dame spot for more than an hour for a bus while 8 Big Bus Buses drove past us. By the time a bus showed up the amount of people waiting for the bus couldn't get on the bus. The audio tours are difficult to follow and not a lot of thought or effort put into the details.

Absolutely terrible, don’t do it! - Our experience was appalling. The commentary was completely inadequate, often irrelevant when there was any, and the rest of the time annoying and repetitive music was playing, all while the bus was passing sites where explanations and information should have been delivered. Much of the commentary was centred on Olympic trivia past and future, not what we were on the bus to learn about. Other commentary was benign, cringeworthy personal comments, about the speakers own personal life in Paris, completely unprofessional. Do not use this service, it is very expensive and you will waste your time and money.

RECONSIDER AND DO NOT - RIDICULOUS!!!! 1) they don't tell anyone that when you get on at Eiffel T you must change at Arc de Triomphe to actually take what is supposed to be a two hour loop 2) we have made the first stop only and it has been an hour and twenty minutes NOT due to traffic, but due to them sitting at their bus stop trying to garner more riders. What a waste of money! The audio is poor at best; stupid and distorted music between any commentary and quality is such one can hardly make sense of it despite home language.

Zero Stars - exceptionally poor tour and customer service experience - I have put off writing this review in the hope that our complaint could be resolved privately however my emails are now going unanswered and I feel the need to share my exceptionally poor tour and customer service experience. We visited Paris on Wednesday 31st May for a one day family tour with Tootbus Paris. * We waited 45 minutes at the Louvre stop for a bus. * In that time an empty Toot bus drove past and did not stop. We asked staff but they could offer no explanation. * Despite being first in line for the next bus, there was a scrum of people allowed to get on before us and my children were knocked over in the process. Staff did not intervene and had no control over the large crowd. * When we eventually got on a bus, there were no available seats meaning we had to stand. We didn't hear any of the commentary and opportunities to sight see were limited in the crowded gangways. * We managed to stay on the bus for only 2 stops as our children were so upset by the whole experience. * I emailed Toot Bus Paris with my complaint detailing the above and asking for a full refund to be told that there were problems with the traffic that caused our problem, then to be told there were problems with the weather (it was a dry morning on the 31st). * Responses to my emails have been unsatisfactory with no apologies offered and include a sarcastic tone of "We wish we could control the weather and give you the weather of your dreams all year round". My complaint was never about the traffic or the weather! * My emails are now going unanswered. The company's decision to blame the traffic and then the weather rather than acknowledge some key factors of my complaint and now ghost my emails is simply appalling. I have received no partial or full refund. DO NOT use this company!!!!!

Don't use TO-OT on and off bus in Paris - Absolutely the worst experience of on and off bus. When we get to a large city we enjoy the on and off bus - we've done Big bus and city sightseeing in London, Rome, New York City, and many more.. Our To-ot Paris driver was running red lights honking at pedestrians, her stops were down the road at random spots. There was no commentary of history or anything about the city or even notification of upcoming stops. I would skip the line for this bus and go to another vendor for sure
