Great experience, a "MUST DO Dinner trip" while in Paris - Paris Seine River dinner cruise... "A MUST DO experience". Great! The boat was nice and with a good atmosphere, the crew was very nice, the whole trip was really good. The dinner was really good, quality of the food.. great. Also live music on board with a nice singer. Earlier that day we went down to the meeting point, to see by daylight how it looks and we found the kiosk selling the tickets. So we knew we were in the right place. The tickets supplied by the ticket office were without the name of the boat, which I think is really strange (but I am a logistics expert for over 45 years, I know shipping is about boats and details). But everythging was really nice arranged. At the evening of departure, the kiosk was welcoming us, our names were on the guest list, the crew welcomed us onbaord. PERFECT! The table was exact as advertised, at the windown, in the front of the ship. Nice and romantic. The dinner itself, the food, was delicious. The wines, which were excluded from the ticket prince, were all nice priced. The quality of the food was really good. We enjoyed out dinner, from "starter to desert!". And of course, you make fabulous photo's of Paris from the waterside. Do not worry about the onboard photographer, ridiculous expensive photo's, this should not be allowed. We choose the 1845h trip in March, meaning we had sunset at 19.00hrs. Then you really make fabulous photo's, in summer you must select the later sailing. This trip was not cheap, but worth every euro! We would do it again most certainly.

To do once... - Experience made for Valentine's Day, were satisfied. Staff very well, meal very well for a fly boat. 2nd time we do this experience, small flat compared to the 1st time, the walk did not go to Notre Dame but otherwise very nice moment in love

Do you have to experience - Good food and meanwhile enjoy a cruise on the Seine. Service does everything to make you feel comfortable. Good food, much better than expected. It's just massive. You are packed together and in a short time the standard program is run by it. Advice. Do it sometime.

Nearly very good - Good fun. Great table right at the front of the boat. Food just OK. Ordered medium rare beef. Got nearly well done. Clean, well organized but watch out for the tip the waiter asks for at the end. I way overpaid. If it was not for the food and feeling rippled off by the waiter would be 5 stars for location and mood

this is explained above - Hello. I just want to say that although I've done it several times, I'm not at all satisfied with my last trip. I explain to you , I had booked a cruise for 10/11 at 18:45 , and , following a demonstration in Paris , although the taxi driver did the impossible , we took 50 min to get to the dock , which means that we arrived at 18:47 in front of the boat which was still docked with the door open , I asked the employee if we could get on board , he said no , sorry .. we just had to take a step to get into the boat , he left to remove the moorings , I promised my wife this cruise, she was crying, and I was furious. Luckily, there was still an employee in your info office who offered to postpone the trip the next day for 40 euros per person which I obviously did all this to tell you that for 2 minutes, and a lack of fair play, this cruise cost me 357 euros and I don't tell you the taxi fare and a great frustration that didn't really allow us to take full advantage of it Regards Jacques Bonvarlet

Not very good - Service wasn’t very good. Didn’t receive the included champagne and had to haggle with the server to prove it was part of our package. Never got any bread, and the included coffee was never offered and the server didn’t come around until it was time to pay for our extra wine and bottle of water (which I think was a refilled Evian bottle or tap water. ) The server asked every table if they wanted to tip 10% or 20% of the total cruise cost, and told everyone those were the only two options. The food is at best average, and barely warm. The cruise part was fine but for the price, take a boat tour and buy a nice dinner separately.

Very disappointed - Our cruise was scheduled for Friday evening. I received a notification the day prior that it was canceled due to weather. I wa able to reschedule for Sunday evening. Apparently sometime on Sunday they sent a message that the meeting point had been changed. We are tourists and wifi is not always available therefore we didn’t get the message! We waited at the original meeting point for a long time and then saw the message about the change. By that time it would have taken us to get there, approx 25 minutes, the boat had already left. Tried calling the help number but only got a recording in French! I sent an email but it wasn’t returned until the next day. I have requested a refund but as of today, Wednesday, no response. Very poor communication. I will not be booking again.
