No show policy:
For an Arrival at the airports: The driver will take into account the terminal of your landed flight time or the specific pick-up time you asked for and will wait 1 hour after that time. If you’re late, the driver can’t wait for you by respect to other reservations, in this case, that’s a “NO SHOW”, no refund for you.
For Departure: The driver will wait 15 min after the pickup time from the hotel or private address. If you’re late, the driver can’t wait for you by respect to other passengers & reservations, in this case, that’s a “NO SHOW”, no refund for you.
