A great e-bike tour with everything! - The four of us (two, long time friend couples) had a great day with Jay! For two of us, it was our first e-Bike experience. Jay was an excellent tour guide with wealth of knowledge and numerous stories. We combined hiking and biking and a stop by the river for a delicious bag lunch (provided). The sites were amazing and included colorful geothermal pools, geysers, and water fall, plus numerous wildlife from afar. Thank you, Jay!

Geyser tour on ebikes in Yellowstone - We really enjoyed the ebike tour of the geysers with Jay of Big Sky. Our group was two couples. One couple never ebiked prior, and Jay was attentive on initial orientation and gave direction on navigating the terrain throughout the ride. He kept us entertained with stories about Yellowstone. Enjoyed hearing about the science behind the geysers. Recommend ebiking to see the Yellowstone geysers from Old Faithful, up to the Grand Prismatic Spring, it made it easier to see all. Lunch was provided. Ate it while sitting, overlooking a river, with a pair of sandhill cranes and a small herd of bison on the other side. Gotta love Yellowstone!

Our Favorite Yellowstone Excursion! - Amazing bike tour of Yellowstone geysers and hot springs with Jay! Our family of 5 found the E-Bikes easy to learn to use, a blast to ride, and the best way we could have moved from one sight to the next. Jay was full of knowledge about all of our stops, and I bet there were a few stories he told us that no one else could have. Suzanne was very accommodating with packed lunches, including one of us with a food allergy. I would highly recommend this tour and would definitely sign up for another when we come back to Yellowstone.

An amazing 2 days on ebikes with Jay - We spent two days with Jay and they were fabulous. We did the Geyser Basin tour and the Ride and Soak. On the Geyser Basin tour, we were able to go to an area that is closed to cars so we were the only ones on this road. We ate lunch next to a beautiful volcanic-like geyser and saw very cool thermal pools. Jay is a wealth of knowledge about the area and presents the information in an engaging manner. You will wear a headset on the ride and he talks during (almost) the entire ride! We also did the Bike and Soak. The scenery was beautiful and the soak at the end was delightful.

A must do! - Jay and Jen were amazing! 1st time e-bike rider and I was a little nervous but it was a blast. They explain the process and bike was fun! I hit 20mph! The trail was scenic, lunch by the lake delicious and best part, hot springs soak afterwards to relax and cool off. Worth every penny! Must do!

BOOK IT! You will not be disappointed! So much fun! - From the time I called to inquire about the e-bike tour over the phone, Jay-the owner was FABULOUS! He answered all of my questions and was a wealth of knowledge about the tour and the area in general. He gave recommendations about many other activities and points of interest in Yellowstone that helped me to plan our overall trip. When you are on the ride, he gives you headphones which allow him to talk to you while on your bike. You can tell he is truly passionate about the park and all of the history and interesting stories that come with it. He even could tell by the pre eruption activity about a geyser as to when it was going to erupt. He timed it so that when we were eating our delicious lunch that was provided, we were watching the geyser erupt. Jay even managed to take us on an interesting short hike during the tour! I highly recommend Big Sky E-bike! You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent Point of Rocks Tour - Our owner/guide Jay was fabulous. He is a wealth of knowledge reciting history, facts, and stories about the area during the whole six hour tour. We had ear buds so could hear him very well as we rode. The ebikes were very good. A tasty lunch made locally was provided. Highly recommend a tour with his company.

The best way to see Yellowstone - My wife, my two daughters (8&11) and I did this tour yesterday. I cannot say enough good things about this tour and Jay. First, the best stat I heard. 95% of tourists never leave the roads. An e-bike tour enables you to see Yellowstone in a far better way. Jay was the most amazing tour guide. Professional, incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and one heck of a story teller. I can say that my family and I have a lifelong memory and Jay is to thank for making it so special.

Wonderful ! - This tour was amazing. Jay was very personable. He made the tour enjoyable! You were able to enjoy Yellowstone National Park, not being confined to a bus or van. Jay was very knowledgeable about the many hot springs and geysers. I would definitely recommend this tour.
