Best Tour guide Ever!! - The most memorable part of our trip was our tour guide Lorizo (Lorenzo).
The way he shared his love of Parma and the surrounding areas put a very personal and genuine feel to our tour.
He also was very knowledgeable about how all the products were produced on the tour. And gave us an idea what to expect at each stop.
And he was so very kind and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the tour.

Parma Perfetto! Grazi Mille Loris! - This tour was wonderful. We were met at our hotel by 2 vans and drivers. Our driver was running behind schedule so we took a ride with these two to the next pickup where we met our driver/guide Loris. We had a great time chatting with Loris in the van all day. We really loved seeing the full process of how Parmigano-Reggiano is made from milk, to curd, to raw cheese balls, shaping into wheels and dry aging. The Lambrusca and Cheese at the end were delicious too. Then we headed to the Prociutto factory. There were no pigs, but lots of aging meat. The smells were intense. Lunch was a plate of procuitto per person, wine, balsamic glaze and bread. After this stop almost the entire tour group returned to Parma. We headed to Modena for our balsamic tasting with just Loris and another family. This private tour was phenomenal and the flavor explosion was to die for. We highly recommend Loris and this tour. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Great experience! - This was a great experience! Sergio was our guide and did an excellent job of educating us on the Parmigiano and prosciutto tours. The balsamic tour was excellent as well. We enjoyed all of the tastings offered. It was well planned and a great way to spend the day! Highly recommend!

Artisan Italian products are wonderful to sample - Italy boasts artisan products that are known around the world; among them are Parmigiano cheese, Parma ham and Balsamic vinegar. Parmigiano cheese is aged and matured until it is hard and tasty. Parma ham is made into a traditional aged product that adds to Italian cuisine. Balsamic vinegar is aged with herbs and spices to make vinegar that is used in cuisine and adds a special flavor. These three artisan products are unique to Italy and wonderful to sample.

Best tour to do in Italy - We had a great time in our tour. Our guide was Mattia and he was very knowledgeable and funny, a great tour guide, and we totally recommend having this tour with him. We recommend sitting in the front seats if you don't want to miss anything, and leave the back seats for people that want to rest or talk in the way to the different producers. You get samples in each place, but we totally recommend buying cheese and the balsamic because it's out of this world. By the end of the tour, we actually requested to be dropped at Modena's train station so we could get to know the city, and Mattia was kind enough to do that for us. We had the best time visiting Emilia-Romagna and we can't wait to go back and experience more of the amazing food Italy has to offer.

Enjoyed the Parmigiano... - Enjoyed the Parmigiano experience, the most. Our host was outstanding. The tour was 7 hours. We both felt that a cup of coffee and a pastry for subsistence would have been appreciated.

Overall excellent experience - This was an excellent tour and the tour operator was outstanding. The transportation was in smaller, very comfortable, vans with 8 customers max. The driver/guides were outstanding.
My only constructive comment is that tour group size is a little misleading. The description says 8 or 10 people max. The fact is that, at the attraction, van groups were combined so we had 40 people on the parmegian cheese factory tour.
Our favorite was the balsamic vinegar tour.
