Embark on a phenomenal journey in the heart of the Food Valley to explore two globally acclaimed products: Parmigiano Reggiano and Parma Ham.

Following your brief train trip, either from Bologna or Modena, we will assemble in Parma and make our way to a cheese production site to witness the different phases of Parmigiano Reggiano manufacture firsthand. The tour concludes with a small sampling of cheeses of two different maturities, paired with some local wine.

Later, we will journey to the hillsides to a ham factory to gain insights into the production and traits of Parma Ham. At the conclusion of this tour, you’ll have the opportunity to savour some prosciutto accompanied by a glass of wine before we make our way back to the Parma train station.
