“Eat your way through Parma - Marika was a wonderful guide. She checked in with us the day in advance to find out how we were arriving in Parma. She tracked our train and we met as per her instructions. As we left the meeting point she informed us that we would be the only people on the tour. She gave us a lot of information about Parma on our ride out to our first stop, the Parmigiana Reggiano production facility. The tour here at the cheese facility was great and the sampling of the cheeses of different ages was amazing. Next we were off to the Parma Ham facility. This tour was great too. Marika is very well informed on the process for the ham and she easily shares her knowledge. The tasting here too was great. Then we had our lunch stop. The restaurant we ate at was wonderful. Finally we visited Marco and learned all about his balsamic vinegar with a tasting he hosted!! It was an awesome day in Parma!! We highly recommend this tour!!” - Reviewed on 2025-02-06
